Exceptionnel ! Allez y pour l'endroit, les oiseaux dans le jardin depuis la piscine, le dîner et le petit déjeuner tous deux fabuleux, l'ambiance, le personnel accueillant et de bon conseil. Je recommande !

Comfortable stay in a natural setting at the foothills of Arenal
Pros:

Built in to its own little jungle oasis, full of nature and the staff are friendly and super knowledgable. Coffee provided was a nice touch and beds are comfortable, with good a/c.

Cons:

Curtains don’t keep out much light and the restaurant area feels dark and a little oppressive which is a shame as I think they offer a nice experience otherwise.

Très agréable et surpris
Pros:

Super hôtel dans la jungle pour voir beaucoup d’animaux et oiseaux très bon déjeuner prêts du centre ville à pieds 5 min
Personnelle très accueillant et souriant
Hôtel très propre
Vue incroyable sur le volcan Arenal

Cons:

Piscine froide mais on sait baigner quand même

Polecam ten hotel ze względu na ludzi tam pracujących, gdyż pomogli mi natychmiast znaleźć zastępczy transfer w dalszą podróż, gdy pierwotny "nawalił", fantastyczne śniadania podane w szybkości lepszej niż w McDonald's, położenie - w samym centrum miasteczka, gdzie można wyjść na jedzenie czy zakupy.

Cons:

Niestety mój pokój mocno "pachniał" dość mocno stęchlizną i to była jedyna skaza

Perfect for a stay in La Fortuna, would come again and recommend to anyone visiting the area!
Pros:

Was super accommodating with a last minute reservation and a mix up on our end with the dates of our stay. Ended up getting an upgraded room for the night since it was available. Was so happy with the location that we ended up booking two more nights!

Excellent place to recharge, watch the various wildlife, attentive staff for activity planning and overall good vibes
Pros:

It is secluded enough for rest and reflection whilst being close to town for walking at night, grabbing a meal. It has wonderful views from the breakfast platform. The staff were receptive and genuinely kind. The shower was surprisingly good for it being this type of property. The employee who showed me around could not have been more genuine.

Cons:

This is entirely expected, but the wooden walkways can be loud early in the morning with footsteps. It’s such a small comment in what was otherwise a great stay. There isn’t another space to put this so I’ll put it here - don’t stay here if you want luxury but do stay here if you want relaxation, cleanliness, attentive staff, great air conditioning.

Pros:

When I booked this place, I was afraid it might be too far out of town or not as nice as I wanted, but it turned out to be an excellent place to stat in La Fortuna. If I were to ever return to La Fortuna, I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was super friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Yum! And the sloth tour I participated in with Armando was excellent. We say 6 sloth and a bunch of different frogs, animals, insects, etc. I would totally stay here again!

The garden, we saw many animals, such as wildpigs, capibara, racoon, Birds and frogs and we got a night tour in the garden. It was absolute fabulous!

Good value for price - great view of Arenal
Pros:

Good, clean accommodation with relative large rooms for the avg price paid

Cons:

1. Jose who was the front desk when we checked in was super excellent. However the weekend front desk guy was below average on the occasions we had to interact.

2. We were the first room next on ground floor. It can get noisy with people going in front of it and above.

3. The fridge in the room was semi operational and was leaving the water from de-condensation from the freezer

Goede locatie in La Fortuna op loopafstand van restaurants. Het uitzicht vanaf de ontbijtzaal en de dieren in de nabije omgeving. De luiaardtour met Armando was ons hoogtepunt, waarbij we veel luiaards en andere dieren zagen (+mini nachttour). Comfortabele en grote bedden.

Cons:

Geen grote dingen, alleen kleine details. Het zwembad is wat koud om in te zwemmen. In onze kamer was de badkamer met een houtendeur gescheiden wat niet goed was voor privacy. Wat stofdraden tussen het houtwerk, maar dit is lastig schoon te krijgen.
