I like the location of the property. It was very walkable to downtown Law Fortuna. I liked how it was tucked away back in nature with lots of foliage and birds and animals around I did not like the smell that came from the little pond near the pool and the pool area could stand to be freshened up a little bit. The lobby and restaurant were both good the view from the restaurant was wonderful. There’s ice in the lobby. If you need it the room itself was pretty sparse but a great value. The beds were comfortable in the queen room, but in the twin room, not very much there are no hooks and very little shelves no door knobs to hang anything on no bedside tables and no lamps so the only lights you have are overhead lights and the shower has very low water pressure unless you want to shower and cold water the kitchen while equipped with a few cooking items doesn’t have any utensils, oil, salt and pepper and no paper towel towels. None of these things were a big deal to us at all. I’m just giving you an expectation of what you might find. The air conditioning worked great

The location

I loved the layout of the hotel, with the view from the restaurant at breakfast, the pool and the wildlife viewing pond. My son and I spent a lot of time there and saw so many different animals. Luis at reception was really helpful, and the restaurant staff super kind. The rooms were cleaned every day with care. We had everything we needed.

É um lugar tranquilo e lindo, aos pés do vulcão. E a equipe era muito amistosa e fez de tudo para termos a melhor estadia possível. E o café da manhã foi ótimo.

El personal no podía ser más amable,supero mis expectativas, habitación standar enorme,limpieza,con café de cortesía en la habitación y nevera,desayuno de 10,servido con mucho gusto y con varias opciones,la piscina pequeña pero con mucho encanto.Vistas al volcán en el desayuno muy buenas y un jardín donde puedes observar un montón de aves.Relacion calidad precio de 10

Location can’t be beat for access to the town. Extremely walkable and value for money is great.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit kleinem, nettem Pool und „hauseigenem Regenwald- Garten“. Von der Restaurant Terrasse konnte man Tiere beobachten und den Ausblick auf den Vulkan Arenal genießen! Sehr aufmerksames, nettes Team. Hotel bietet eigene Touren an, ein Highlight Sloth (Faultier) Tour mit Armando, der uns überaus engagiert sehr viele Faultiere und auch andere Tiere gezeigt
hat!

La ubicación, alejada del bullicio de La Fortuna pero lo suficientemente cerca como para ir andando.

La atención del personal, fueron muy amables y nos atendieron perfectamente.

La piscina era genial para desconectar de las excursiones diarias.

El desayuno abundante, variado y de calidad, con vistas al volcán de la Fortuna.
