Schönes naturnahes Hotel mit sagenhaftem Blick auf den Arenal
Pros:

Lage am Stadtrand mit Blick von der Frühstücksterrasse auf den Vulkan Arenal, extra eingerichtete Veranda zur Vogelbeobachtung, jeden Morgen kamen Tukane etc..

Amazing place to see birds in the jungle garden while eating breakfast
Pros:

Eating breakfast overlooking an amazing jungle garden with bird viewing area. So many different species of colourful birds visiting including toucans.
The hotel was quiet on the edge of town but still very close to walk to the centre of everything. Room was large, clean and spacious with comfortable beds .
We did a short night tour with Armado in the garden and he showed us many different frogs and insects including red eyed frog, poison dart frog and also did a sloth tour with him around the local area-highly recommend! The sraff were very friendly and helpful.

素晴らしい施設ですが、匂いだけが残念でした。
Pros:

場所がいい、駐車しやすい、スタッフが親切。餌付けをしてるため、施設に鳥が沢山見えます。景色を見ながら、食事できること。

Cons:

部屋が暗くて、匂いがします。ドアを開けて換気しても匂いが消えません。部屋に換気システムがないのと湿気が高いせいでしょうか。

Bien mais sans plus
Pros:

L'emplacement, en retrait de la ville mais accessible rapidement à pied.
Le personnel, notamment José qui a été genial, à pris le temps de tout nous montrer. Et aussi le serveur du petit déjeuner, très sympa et efficace.
L'espace extérieur avec les oiseaux. Le parking.

Cons:

Chambre très humide avec une odeur importante.
Sdb vieillotte, avec des joints moisis.
Matelas avec beaucoup de ressorts et oreillers un peu trop hauts.
Les fenêtres de la chambre données sur le passage donc obligé d'avoir les rideaux fermés.
Insonorisation quasi nulle. On entendait la chambre d'à côté très distinctement et étant au dessus de la réception, toutes les conversations et les personnes jouant au billard. Dommage car l'hôtel a tout pour être mieux.

Pros:

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement, la jolie piscine, le comptoir où nous avons pu observer plein d'oiseaux.
Nous avons adoré le restaurant, aussi bien le délicieux petit déjeuner que le dîner. Succulents burgers et un serveur adorable, aux petits soins, Fabian. Chambre numéro 10 immense.
Super séjour !

Cons:

Salle de bain exiguë en comparaison de la chambre.

Naprostá spokojenost.
Pros:

Neobvykle prostorný pokoj, naprosto čistý. Příjemný a vstřícný personál, možnost parkování, možnost zakoupení účasti na atraktivních aktivitách v okolí. A především: ideální příležitost pro pozorování tukanů a jiných zajímavých ptáků přímo z terasy hotelu během snídaně - úžasné!! Člen personálu hotelu mi také ochotně nabídl možnost doprovodu při nočním pozorování živočichů v džungli kolem hotelu.

Cons:

Nic mě nenapadá.

Wonderful stay surrounded by lush jungle yet close to town
Pros:

Such kind and attentive service from staff, they even surprised us with a room upgrade! The room was clean and well equipped, the property is beautiful and surrounded by lush vegetation. We unfortunately didn’t get to see the volcano because of the weather but saw loads of birds, frogs etc. Very informative and helpful with activities and tours, breakfast was good. Highly recommend and would definitely come back, thank you!

Pros:

Service et personnel de la réception au top 👍. Le restaurant est très sympa également , tout comme la vue sur la forêt qui nous a permis de voir super bien des toucans et autres oiseaux :) Chambre spacieuse climatisée équipée d'un petit frigo:) La réception propose des offres attractives sur les activités :)

Gute Lage, aber runter gekommen!
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, war sehr hilfreich bei der Buchung von Touren. Sehr gute ruhige Lage am Stadtrand.

Cons:

Die Standartzimmer sind sehr verwohnt und bedürfen mal einer Renovierung. Die Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden.
Wenn man auf das Hotelgelände kommt, vermutet man eher eine Industriebrache.
Frühstück war sehr lecker, wollten wir aber eine Toastscheibe nachbestellen, wurde dafür 5 Dollar zusätzlich verlangt!
