Cons:

The location was far inside, the staff was not courteous specially the lady at the counter, she was tooo rude...
The rooms were not as shown in the images. The kitchenette had only a wash basin and drawers , without any tea/ coffee maker or microwave.. on asking she replied that - didn't you check the facilities before booking.. surprised on her response 😭

Overall, my stay at Passions de Goa was average. The property has potential, but a few improvements are needed.
- Ground‑floor rooms need better security as the window locks are missing, making it easy for anyone to access from outside.
- Breakfast options are very limited and definitely need enhancement.
- The kitchen opens only at 8 PM, so getting tea or snacks in the afternoon becomes a challenge. Some basic arrangements during the day would help.
- Parking space is ample, which is a plus.
- The swimming pool is quite small compared to expectations.
Overall, a decent stay but with scope for improvement.

Pros:

Great little place very quiet and out of the way

Cons:

No tea making facilities, there is a microwave but nothing else, no cups, kettle, plates

Good property but should be good breakfast included and drinking water
Pros:

Rooms are good , clean and spacious. Furniture is also good.

Cons:

They serve only two small bottles of water for free per day. That's quite less.
There is no choice of breakfast. Only very small fruit bowl, omlette or paratha or poha , two toast with butter and jam. That's it.
It is wlkable distance from Anjuna beach which is the worst beach of all.

Good value for money, nice place
Pros:

Swimming pool, secure, good plug sockets, good towels, free toiletries, good fan and aircon

Cons:

Area a bit out of the way and a few barking dogs nearby but still fine to walk there at night

We have always stayed with this property before it’s a lovely place nice and calm

Cons:

But recently we notice it really requires maintenance. They really need to repair their room showers, and use new linens because it is a good place but it really needs to be maintained .

Perfect quiet and clean place !
Pros:

It’s a place that is quiet with no passing traffic. Lovely to sit and take it easy on the balcony. Staff is friendly and helpful! Close to German bakery!

Cons:

I had a room bottom floor right at the entrance where many parked their motorcycles. That was a big noisy at times but no big problem.
