Pros:

Great little place very quiet and out of the way

Cons:

No tea making facilities, there is a microwave but nothing else, no cups, kettle, plates

Good property but should be good breakfast included and drinking water
Pros:

Rooms are good , clean and spacious. Furniture is also good.

Cons:

They serve only two small bottles of water for free per day. That's quite less.
There is no choice of breakfast. Only very small fruit bowl, omlette or paratha or poha , two toast with butter and jam. That's it.
It is wlkable distance from Anjuna beach which is the worst beach of all.

Pros:

Swimming pool, secure, good plug sockets, good towels, free toiletries, good fan and aircon

Cons:

Area a bit out of the way and a few barking dogs nearby but still fine to walk there at night

Pros:

We have always stayed with this property before it’s a lovely place nice and calm

Cons:

But recently we notice it really requires maintenance. They really need to repair their room showers, and use new linens because it is a good place but it really needs to be maintained .

Perfect quiet and clean place !
Pros:

It’s a place that is quiet with no passing traffic. Lovely to sit and take it easy on the balcony. Staff is friendly and helpful! Close to German bakery!

Cons:

I had a room bottom floor right at the entrance where many parked their motorcycles. That was a big noisy at times but no big problem.

Pros:

The place is nice with a good looking building and swimming pool. A good view from balcony and the area is filled with plants which gives some aesthetic looks.

Cons:

Main problem is , the lift is not in working condition. We had to use the stairs every time, there is no proper wifi connection. No complimentary breakfast, parking of the vehicles(cars) is provided in a empty red soil space, no got water is given, there is only certain timings for the restaurant in the stay.

Comfortable clean Anjuna hotel, for a reasonable price.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable modern hotel. Spacious rooms with good fans and air con. Pleasant hotel common areas and nice pool. A little off the main town, but nice and quiet, for a good sleep. I will stay again.

Excellent, best Management
Pros:

Excellent place with neat and clean AC rooms, swimming pool and cafe. Also ample parking place .
Memorable hospitality.
The rooms are very large and spacious, spotless with fantastic AC.
The chef at the Cafe is the best, and makes multiple cuisines.
The Management is the best

It was ok, but unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

Good, quiet (except for the hotel dog) location off the beaten track.

Cons:

Not enough sun loungers (only 3) around the pool which were wooden and very uncomfortable due to no toppers.

The hotel dog (Alsatian) barking constantly! And believe me I don’t mind the dogs in Goa.

Never any alcoholic drinks/beers in (a cold beer on return from a day out or waiting for friends to get ready on an evening would have been niice) and they didn’t seem to care to get any after asking every day! The German bakery was a short stroll so just went there instead.
