The pillows were a little uncomfortable by the second night.
Perfect hotel ,staff exceptional ( The Butlers were amazing ( Aman especially gave us a great deal of professional service with any problems and arrangements ) All the staff were so professional ,friendly and always look immaculate.
The greeters ,reception,doormen and restaurant staff ...all quite amazing.. Very well done Leela Palace .
The Television content and quality ....during rest times television can be very useful but with the exception of YouTube there was very little content ..unless we had a faulty set ( The sound didn't work at first ) A very minor complaint as EVERYTHING ELSE WAS AMAZING !

We have stayed in Ritz Carlton, Dubai Atlantis Palm, ITC Grand Chola and many top notch hotels globally. But customer service and facilities in Leela palace is better than all of them.
Staff very friendly. Souvik - manager went out of the way to provide excellent customer service. All staff including room service very good. Will surely stay in Leela palace again
Everything especially the food
Incredible service - every request granted - no questions asked. Loved the private butler service ! And what an exquisite property with phenomenal views and an excellent club floor

Well, it is a palace. The level of service they provide is beyond expectations. The building is amazing, the pool fantastic, the food to die for and so much variety of it that is incredible. I would definitely recomend and come back again!
The location would be the only remark. The beach seems to be nearby but it is not so easy to access, but to view it from the hotel instead. The pool is very nice.
The staff were very attentive. At check in, Mr. Pritam noticed a silt scarf I was wearing and after dinner I found a beautiful Chennai inspired scarf waiting in my hotel room. A nice touch!
Breakfast was delicious but it was near impossible to enjoy with a large crowd and what felt like too many guests. On my second morning I had to have breakfast in the lobby which wasn’t the end of the world but unfortunate.
Fantastic staff, welcoming, helpful, everyone we spoke too was eager to go above and beyond. Everything about the hotel is wonderful. After a long journey it was the perfect place to rest and recover!
Nothing! If you want to explore Chennai there isn't much on its doorstep, but travel around the city is easy enough via tuk tuk and taxi, so no issues
