Pros:

Rooms were spacious and well equipped.
Bed was comfortable and bathroom had a good shower.
Staff were attentive, especially Suprabha on reception who went out of here way to help with my onward travel once my transport was cancelled, very much appreciated.

Cons:

Ambiance and drinks at the lounge were poor as well as the temperature which made sitting there for any length of time impossible.

Decent experience not a great one though

Check-in delayed by 1 hour
Room telephone did not work
After phone fixed , Called multiple times to service for asking bottles and towels
Bathtub mood light switch controls weren’t working .
First day welcome snacks evening was given. And glass bottles of water were given.
Next day no evening snacks was given and only plastic bottles of water was given.
Extremely noisy neighbors banging doors and could hear service people walking around
Saturday night food was awesome , asked couple of people for refilling the emptied items they did not until last
Breakfast team was awesome
Sunday night buffet was horrible
Though people were friendly it did not lead up to a palace level experience .
Many service were good and courteous but did not have a great experience.

Pros:

Location was excellent. It felt like a vacation even though it was a staycation

Cons:

Breakfast management was bad and the floor staff were unresponsive with fake smiles only. Messed up my orders. Manager totally forgot my request and was busy greetings other Guests which was also with a fake smile.
Swimming pool etiquette was poor but staff were helpless and not to be blamed. Fellow guests were lacking this. Dinner was over pricy . Gym was good.
