Great location, close to park, shops and restaurants. Good breakfast options. Wifi, hot water, aircon work fine.

Cons:

The front desk staff at check-in lacked basic professionalism. After failing to locate my reservation, the receptionists bombarded me with conflicting requests for documents. One receptionist even made an insulting comment, asking if I booked a hostel instead. Front desk agents should be trained to look at their expected arrivals for the day rather than treating guests with suspicion.

Pros:

Понравилось все. Красивый и необычный отель. Классный номер со всем необходимым. Было очень уютно и комфортно. Персонал тоже был очень доброжелательным. В номере было приветственное угощение, что очень приятно 🫶🏻

Lage ist sehr gut, direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine coole craft Beer bar !!! Es gibt ein Restaurant, eine sehr schnelle laundry. Alles hat perfekt funktioniert

Leider sprechen die wenigsten Mitarbeiter:innen auch nur rudimentär Englisch

Чистый новый уютный отель, номер супер, есть принадлежности для чая и кофе, мини-бар. Завтрак очень разнообразный и вкусный. Я приехала в отель поздно ночью, встретили и заселили быстро. Спасибо персоналу!!
