Clean rooms, very friendly staff.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were really helpful and the property was clean. The WiFi could do with being improved as it dropped out a lot.

Zimmer sehr groß, Bett bequem. Nähe Bahnhof. Direkt gegenüber große Baustelle. Ab 7 Uhr war es sehr laut. Mit Fenster zu war es zu warm, mit Klimaanlage innen war es auch zu laut. Empfehle Ohrstöpsel mitzunehmen. Kamen früher ins Zimmer-sehr gut. Ansonsten keine riesige Freundlichkeit. Ein Lächeln vom Personal oder mal freundliche Worte-Fehlanzeige leider. So richtig wohl fühlte ich mich nicht. Ansonsten von der Lage her gut. Preislich finde ich es generell mittlerweile frech was Zimmer kosten pro Nacht.
Wasser Dusche erst lange nur kalt, dann plötzlich sehr warm. Viel Wasserverbrauch.

We had three nights paid for at the Kraft hotel and we had to leave after the first night. The location is close to the entrance of old town but only in one direction. The other three directions are a little scary! While sitting out on their patio one night, we had to come in due to police activity in the alley right next to us. The room itself was sad and depressing. While I appreciate old, antique, vintage… The furniture, wall paper, and decorations were, well, tired and depressing! There was absolutely no view. The room was always so hot, the toilet was shoved in the bathroom, the floors were sticky, and the headboard was filthy. I do want to add that the gentleman that checked us in was very kind and helpful. If you are only staying one night, ok, but it is not worth staying any extended amount of time. We found a hotel for less money in the center of old town and it was delightful!!!

Small, nice hotel, silent, good breakfast and nice personnel! …the street, placement was not that nice though, but close to the centre.

Every member of staff that we met was kind, helpful and welcoming.

We traveled with an infant. The baby equipment provided was clean, in good condition and thoughtfully installed for us upon arrival.

Good hotel, within walking distance of most things.

Marvelous old world hotel. Surprising cheap parking nearby (10€/night). Friendly and informative staff. Exactly on the border between a quiet neighborhood and a noisy, sleazy neighborhood. The hotel itself is quiet. If you approach from the Hauptbahnhof side, you might never know about the nicer, hospital side and vis-versa, lol.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Man fühlt sich gleich gut aufgehoben. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Super Angestellte, leider ist die Chefin des Hauses alles andere als kundenorientiert.

The AC was not working and it was very hot.

We booked and paid for 3 nights but we had to book another hotel and leave early even when our room is non-refundable. The room smell, the bed very uncomfortable.

The service even worst. The gentleman working there so races that he won't even talk with us or answer our questions when we asked. He not even want to look at us.

We're not paying to be treated like that.

The location is very walkable to the city center, trains, and buses. The staff was very hospitable and was especially kind to make us some tea at night even though the kitchen was closed. It’s the little things that make a place stand out and that kindness went a long way!

La stanza era molto pulita e accogliente, letto molto comodo.

Spotless. Room cleaned every day. Gracious people who work at the front desk. English was excellent.

Nice property with old fashioned charm. Rooms are clean and staff were very nice. It's not modern or up to date, but we liked the antique feel to the place. Very charming. I'd recommend and stay again. We are a family of 3.
