Comfortable, convenient stay in a great area of Berlin
Pros:

The property was super easy to access, the staff were quick to help and it was spacious and comfortable. Easy check in and check out experience.

Cons:

I wish the kitchen was supplied with basics such as salt, pepper and oil as it should be expected if it is an apartment with kitchen facilities provided. I also wish I was aware there was construction beside the apartment as I was woken at 7am on the Monday with a jackhammer noise that went on until 10am.

Pros:

Good Location. (Fairly) quiet. Good shower.

Cons:

Coffee machine broken. Lumpy pillows. Poor (defective) lighting.
Impersonal service & communications - apps for everything (including use of basement laundry, which was too much hassle to bother with).
