I would stay at this hotel again!
Pros:

It was such a nice hotel! Clean and a good location. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The pillows were a bit flat. It would be nice to be able to have a sturdier pillow.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at
Pros:

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Ricky went above and beyond to make our stay and my wife’s birthday special. I couldn’t get over how friendly and helpful he the entire staff was. Everything was top-notch and attention to detail was everywhere.
We even wanted an item from the gift shop that was sold out, but the hotel manager went and found another one up in the restaurant for us. Incredible service!

Excellent location, comfortable rooms and warm service
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the Austin Marriott Downtown. The location is perfect! It’s right in the heart of downtown with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and very clean.

Dana at the front desk went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. She took care of everything with ease and attention, making me feel truly welcomed. Her warm smile and thoughtful service made my visit unforgettable!

Front desk manager Dana is amazing.
She was absolutely wonderful. So friendly, calm, and easy to talk to. She made everything feel effortless and welcoming, and you could tell she truly cared. Her kindness really stayed with me and made my stay feel special. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Excellent Customer Service!!
Pros:

This Marriott is one of the best Marriotts I have been to. As a Titanium member you can tell when there is a difference between the levels of service within the Marriott Brand. Mike at the front desk is very approachable, nice and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. These days it’s hard to find such good customer service and he for sure is a great part of the Marriott team and very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Mike for taking care of me here in Austin and I look forward to coming back again!!

Lilly at the front desk rocks
Pros:

Lilly at the front desk was great! We had an issue that required we change our trip at the last minute and she made it happen. No begging. No crying. Just 100% got it done.

Excellent Staff, Excellent Stay
Pros:

From start to finish this stay was spectacular, we were helped by Lily who made every step of the way easy and extremely accommodating. Any question we had was immediately met with an insightful and helpful response. We look forward to staying with Marriott the next time we come to Austin :)

You can get a way cheaper stay downtown for similar quality.
Pros:

The location is great. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The rooms were very noisy. I heard everything that was going on in the hallway and next door, and it did keep me up for some time at night. I did expect the hotel in that price range to have better noise insulation.
The valet also messed up our car reservation, which made us wait a good while until we received it upon departure.
