We've really like the place. It is clean; modern; and well maintained with very professional staff

Very nice; clean; tidy; modern hotel

Well situated. Good access to the lake and both sides of Congress Avenue.

Very professional; friendly; and helpful staff.

Rooms were very good. Nice size; well maintained; and with everything you'd need.

Cons:

Breakfast was off the menu, and although you had good flexibility to change, it would have perhaps been nice to have a buffet option. Not a big issue at all

Overpriced bait and switch experience
Pros:

The pool and view and drinks.

Cons:

Paid extra for a “king corner room”. Upon arriving was told those were noisey and too low to the street level. They DOWNGRADED our room and gave no compensation for the change. Booking.com is clues about the hotel and the property.

Amazing hotel - be aware of weekend noise
Pros:

Outstanding hotel - corner room with view was stunningly beautiful. Staff absolutely brilliant. Great facilities. Excellent location

Cons:

It’s extremely loud on weekend evenings due to the rooftop bar upstairs. This lasts until very early in the morning. However there is a white noise
Machine in the room that works super well and blocks it out.

I would stay at this hotel again!
Pros:

It was such a nice hotel! Clean and a good location. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The pillows were a bit flat. It would be nice to be able to have a sturdier pillow.
