Clean and welcoming, worked for our purposes
Pros:

Very clean and modern flat. A well stocked honesty bar was great to have, with a coffee machine, a big selection of drinks and some snacks. Good breakfast selection, continental and freshly made eggs, in a lovely breakfast room / terrace.

Cons:

The living area of the flat was very dark.

Fantastisch hotel; smaakvol ingericht, prachtige rustige locatie. Fijne tuin. Sympathiek personeel.
Pros:

Mooi ingerichte kamers, heel stijlvol en ruim. Fijne bedden. Met mooi uitzicht op de prachtige tuin. Erg goed ontbijt

Niets. Als er een restaurant voor diner zou zijn, zou dat heerlijk zijn.

Jammer dat de welnes niet open was wegens storing..

I would not recommend this place at all

The only thing I like was the location

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations associated with the hotel’s pricing and reputation.

The overall cleanliness of the property was below the standard we expected. During our stay, we noticed mice on multiple occasions, as well as spiders and spider webs in various areas of the hotel.

A particularly concerning issue was related to data security and guest communication. A few weeks before our stay, I received a WhatsApp message claiming that payment for my reservation had not been completed. Had I not contacted the hotel directly to verify the request, I could easily have fallen victim to a scam. This raises concerns about the security of customer information and the measures in place to protect guests from fraudulent communications.

We also found the service to be disappointing. Staff members appeared slow to respond and were not particularly helpful, especially during breakfast service. Overall, the level of attentiveness and customer care fell below expectations.

We booked one of the hotel’s premium rooms and paid more than €300 for a one-night stay, including breakfast. Despite this, the bathroom sink was blocked and drained very slowly throughout our stay. In addition, the room lacked some of the amenities and equipment one would reasonably expect at this price point.

While the location and surrounding nature are beautiful, the overall experience did not provide the level of quality, service, and attention to detail that we expected for the amount paid.
