Bestens für ein paar Tage in Basel
Pros:

Das Hotel hat Flair und einen besonderen Stil. Das Essen sowohl in der Brasserie als auch in der Bar war sehr gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Gastronomiebereich war sehr herzlich. Außerdem ist es sehr gut gelegen, man kann alles zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (durch die Basel-Card, die man vom Hotel bekommt, kostenlos) erreichbar. Ebenfalls war es sehr praktisch, dass man sich eine Schwimmtasche für das Schwimmen im Rhein (unbedingt ausprobieren) ausleihen konnte.

Pros:

Hotel je nadmašio sva naša očekivanja. Lokacija je izvrsna, smješten je u samom centru Basela, a autobusne i tramvajske stanice nalaze se odmah ispred hotela što kretanje po gradu čini iznimno jednostavnim.
Sobe su prostrane i lijepo uređene te imaju sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak (kvalitetni higijenski proizvodi, regulacija temperature, sef, fen, TV). Na katu se nalazi i prostorija s aparatom za kavu, čaj i vodu, a postoji i posebna prostorija za peglanje. Doručak je također bio odličan s dobrim izborom hrane i ljubaznom uslugom.

Ono što je na mene ostavilo najveći dojam bilo je izuzetno ljubazno i profesionalno osoblje. Djelatnice na recepciji su bile vrlo srdačne, komunikativne i uvijek spremne pomoći sa svim pitanjima i preporukama, zbog čega smo se tijekom cijelog boravka osjećali dobrodošlo.

Toplo preporučujem ovaj hotel svima koji planiraju posjet Baselu. Ako se ponovno nađemo u Baselu, bez ikakve dvojbe ponovno ćemo odabrati upravo ovaj hotel.

Das aussergewöhnliche Design, der wunderbare Garten und die sehr freundlichen und serviceorientierten Mitarbeiter haben uns sehr gefallen

Cons:

Die leicht quietschenden Betten und nicht gut regulierbare Klimaanlage. Mehr Fenster zum Öffnen z.B. im Bad wäre prima gewesen.
