Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und nahe zum ÖV, das Zimmer war grosszügig, das Bett bequem, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstück ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Leider war es auf der Strasse vor dem Hotel lärmig (Baustelle). Weiter ist die Beleuchtung im Nassbereich nicht sehr gut und die Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleider sind ungenügend (zu wenig Kleiderbügel, kein Schrank, zu wenig Schubladen,...)

Pros:

Schöne, zentrale Lage. Sehenswürdigkeiten/Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Bett mit guter Matratze.

Wir hatten hier einen fantastischen Aufenthalt, tolles Zimmer sehr sauber, super Personal, wundervolles Frühstück und auch eine Tür die alle in Schacht hielt, sie wollte wenn man rein wollte sich nicht öffnen, auch der Spruch"Sesam öffne dich" half nichts, die Damen von der Rezeption waren immer sofort vor Ort und der Techniker gab alles um diese zu öffnen...aber irgendwann hatte sie wieder keine Lust und blieb für alle verschlossen. Wir sind dann in ein anderes Zimmer gezogen und das Hotel kam uns total entgegen👌 Wenn wir alt und grau sind werden wir das unseren Urenkeln erzählen können🤣🤣🤣 hier wurde wirklich professionell gehandelt. Danke an alle und schön das es euch gibt🙏☀️☀️☀️

Pleasant stay
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay in Basel. A very nice, comfortable, non-nonsense hotel in great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great choice for stay in Basel

Very stylish and peaceful hotel at the heart of Basel
Pros:

Very stylish rooms, water-coffee and super delicious apples were free on each floor_+ super comfy bedding:) the location was also great. The staff were very nice as well, they helped me find train tickets to Germany.

Cons:

The restaurant and the bar which were the main reasons I chose this hotel were both closed on sunday :(

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, soigné dans le moindres détails.
Nous avons déploré la fermeture du bar et du restaurant : ne même pas pouvoir prendre un verre sur place nous a géné.
Des travaux m'ont réveillée à 8h30, j'aurais apprécié pouvoir profiter du confort et de la décoration de la chambre

Cons:

dans un hôtel de ce standing, il me semble inconcevable de ne pas pouvoir prendre un café, un thé ou un verre un jour férié
