Espaço. Apartamento bem espaçoso em comparação aos demais em que fiquei no Japão. Custo benefício muito bom. Equipe muito prestativa e atenciosa. Silencioso, cama confortável.

Cons:

Não muito longe do metrô, porém, no meu caso, com duas malas, é um pouco penoso.

The hotel is clean and simple, excellent value for money. Good location, close to Namba but in a quiet street. The breakfast is also good.

Very spacious room and very simple to check in and out, 7-11 right across the street and ~15 minute walk to dotonbori. The surrounding streets were nice and quiet

Cons:

The rooms aren’t very sound-proofed, easy to hear people next door. A fair walk to Namba station and you can be walking a lot further depending which line you are taking. Beds were a bit hard, and they charge for cleaning if you are staying less than 6 nights.
