Pros:

location was very good - next to the Namba station but not loud at all.
cleanliness was perfect

Cons:

window does not open, AC is tricky to make it work. it might get too hot or too cold during the stay.

Zimmer zu hell und Badezimmertür transparent
Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel wegen seiner guten Lage zur Namba-Station gewählt, es ist ein gutes Budget-Hotel. Das Frühstück war eher mager.

Cons:

Im Zimmer war es in der Früh zu hell, die Vorhänge haben nicht gut abgedunkelt, für uns nicht so ideal, weil bereits um 5 uhr in der Früh die Sonne aufging.
Die Badezimmertür ist transparent, wenn also jemand Nachts in das Bad geht, ist es im Zimmer hell.

Ottima posizione e stanza spaziosa
Pros:

Camera molto spaziosa e pulita, letti abbastanza comodi, cucinotto presente per chi volesse cucinare anche se a Osaka è superfluo. Tutti gli accessori presenti nella hall gratuitamente, pulizia ogni 3 giorni (sufficiente perchè in caso di bisogno ci sono sempre asciugamani puliti nella hall). Posizione fantastica

Colazione un po' scarsa ma sufficiente.

We had an enjoyable stay for 5 nights at Hotel S - Presso
Pros:

The Room was good size and spacious enough,Buffet Breakfast was very nice and had good selection of foods , location was very good .many restaurants close by and subway train station near by ,staff were very polite, friendly and helpful

Cons:

As I'm lactose intolerant there was no soy milk or lactose free milk provided for cereals and no honey provided for toast bread
