Pros:

Nice receptionist! Comfortable: room available for guests with coffee machine, fridge, iron + board, backward parking.

Cons:

A bit noisy at night. Maybe we were unlucky but people were very loud in the backyard when we were there. No AC.

Central location with great amenities
Pros:

Great location by the lake and friendly staff. Very nice breakfast buffet. Our balcony was nice and big even though it looked out over just the parking lot.

Cons:

None. Fan was provided during a heat wave, but some might require air-conditioning.
