Pros:

Хорошее расположение, приятный персонал. Это не 4 звезды. Неплохой отель, я дала бы ему 3 звезды максимум. Считаю, что цена завышена

Cons:

Кофе не вкусный на завтрак, очень маленькая парковка , пришлось оставлять машину далеко от отеля

Fabulous!!!
Pros:

I loved staying at this hotel. It was beyond expectations! 🙂 The room was perfect, best conditions ever, very comfy bed, excellent room temperature and a very quiet location. Also the staff was very nice and especially the manager who was very friendly. The place is located close to the castle! Fabulous! ❤️❤️❤️

My Go-To Hotel in Veliko Tarnovo
Pros:

Having stayed here before, I knew what to expect, but the experience is always fantastic. The absolute highlight is the view from the room - waking up and seeing the Tsarevets Fortress right in front of you

Everything is consistently spotlessly clean, and the beds are super comfortable. I also really like the relaxing background music in the corridors - it adds a nice, calm vibe to the whole place.
The spa is cosy and clean, and having the indoor pool to unwind in after exploring the city is great.

Buena estancia
Pros:

Es un lugar limpio y el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien, que es algo que teníamos en cuenta por otros comentarios., Son muy simpáticos.

Tiene una agradable zona de spa y una zona de chill con vistas en la azotea.

Pedimos en recepción que nos llamasen a un taxi para la estación de tren y nos buscó uno de confianza rápidamente.

La localización perfecta cercana al castillo.

Cons:

El check out era a las 11, pero vinieron antes.

Si no vas en coche no hay ninguna conexión con la estación de tren que no sea el taxi.
A nosotros nos costó el Taxi unos 5€ en efectivo.

Excellente adresse
Pros:

Emplacement près de la forteresse. Quartier calme . Tres belles prestations et hôtel à taille humaine . Piscine sauna hammam tres agréable après une journée de visite . Possibilité de se garer devant l hôtel

Petit déjeuner un peu décevant. Peu de frais .

We stayed for 1 night only and it was good.
Pros:

The location was very good as it was close to Tsarevets but also close to the tourists' street. The breakfast was good but no fruits and the room was also good. The staff was very polite.

Cons:

The room smelled very strongly of cleaning agent.
