Mi-a placut intrarea in hotel, piscina si partial camera. Saunele nu erau ce trebuie, iar micul dejun era cam slab, se repetau produsele.

Локацията беше добра и общо взето това.

Cons:

Мивката в тоалетната на спа зоната беше пълна с вода, като се опитах да я отпуша ме хвана тока. Явно имаше лека отечка, защото бях бос и не беше фатално. Професионален електротехник съм и ако беше по сериозна отечката, щях да си остана там. Като казах на рецепцията единственото нещо, което направиха беше да сложат табела не работи, поисках да заключат тоалетната - отговора беше, че няма ключ за нея. При подаден сигнал в booking искаха снимка да докажа че имало ток във водата, как се снима ток във вода не знам. Още при настаняването питах за смяна на стаята защото моята беше на партерен етаж и се слушаше всичко от улицата, всяка сутрин хората като пушеха цигари отвън ме будеха. Като попитах за смяна на стаята ми казаха, че хотела е пълен. Позвънях от друг телефон да питам за свободни стаи и имаше. Полъртително отношение и адски несериозно спрямо безопасността на хората. Не получих никаква компенсация за всичко това.
