Pros:

Everything good, the location is fantastic . The only thing I want to complain is air con. It built inside a cabinet and faced upwards,so can’t feel cool enough.

Friendly staff with good recommendations. Spa room was nice but a bit small. Location is good for the fortress but far away from the city centre.

Pros:

Es un hotel con mucho potencial, bien ubicado, con spa, que después de un día de caminata y turismo se agradece relajarte en él. Las instalaciones están bien pero podrían estar mejor y el tamaño de la habitación bastante buena. Y hasta aquí.

Cons:

Como he dicho tiene mucho potencial, pero tienen un grave problema de gestión. Cuando llegamos a las 4 de la tarde nos dan una habitación que cuando entramos estaba sin preparar. Bajamos y a la pobre recepcionista se le puso la cara a cuadros, tenía toda la pinta de ser una becaria o recién incorporada. Nos dijo que iban a prepararla pero los minutos pasaban y le planteé que nos diese otra. Y así fue, y era mejor que la que nos asignó antes, lo que se agradece. Luego el desayuno, el problema no era la cantidad que bien sino la poca variedad,por ejemplo, en bollería o el zumo que aunque sea de polvo en realidad era agua tintada. La cocinera además tenía salir a limpiar las mesas y, a veces, también venía la recepcionista para el mismo fin. Lo dicho un problema de gestión para un sitio que podría ser espectacular. Y finalmente, la limpieza, sobre todo en las zonas comunes, era más bien escasa. A día de hoy no sé cómo se siguen poniendo moquetas, con lo sucias que son, en los hoteles.

Disappointing stay – definitely not a 4-star hotel
Pros:

Excellent location, but conditions far below expectations

Cons:

The cleanliness was very disappointing, both in the room and throughout the hotel. Although we paid for a larger room with a large bed, we were given a smaller room with a smaller bed than the one we had booked.

The swimming pool water was dirty, which was very unpleasant and made us avoid using it. The breakfast was also very poor and far below our expectations. Even the drinks were disappointing: although juice was advertised, what was actually served tasted like extremely diluted, almost plain water.

Overall, the level of cleanliness, facilities and services did not justify the price we paid.

In our opinion, this hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star property.

Great location next to the historical Tsarevets Fortress complex.
Pros:

The receptionists were outstanding. Definitely went the extra mile.

Pros:

Great location, maybe one of the best in town. The hotel has a private underground parking and also parking spots on the street, not dedicated, so you have to be prepared that they may be occupied. Checkout is easy and simple too. All entries, main and room, are with code and a card, which is really comfortable and easy.

Cons:

The check-in is a bit late in general but it worked great in our case as we arrived late in town anyway. However, there was a queue from guests waiting to check-in. Breakfast was too late for us due to an early checkout, so we couldn't try it and provide feedback.

Hotel bom mas precisa de melhorar a sua maneira de recerber
Pros:

O hotel era limpo ,grande e tinha tudo o que se propunha.Fica junto á muralha e não muito longe do centro. O pequeno almoço era bom relativamente aos padrões búlgaros

Cons:

A receção encerra antes das 20h No meu caso deixaram meio rolo de papel higiénica queria pedir e ninguém para resolver.Por outro lado queria sair cedo O pequeno almoço supostamente começava a ser servido às 8h só que às 8h ainda não estava nada posto só as 8h15mn é que começou a ser servido
