Le personnel est serviable,
C'est tout.

Cons:

Présence de moisissures dans la douche.
La fenêtre ne ferme pas correctement et laisse donc passer le bruit.
Forte odeur de parfum pour masquer l'odeur des égouts qui remonte.
Pas ou peu d'eau froide donc pas d'eau potable.
Douche brûlante.
Chasse d'eau des toilettes qui fonctionne mal ou pas puisque pas l'eau froide.
Porte de la chambre défoncé qui fait un coup sur deux - chambre et étage non sécurisé.
Immeuble, chambre vétuste.
Literie d'un autre âge désagréable : ressorts agressif
Pas ou peu de savon (2 savons pour une semaine)

Après avoir fait remonter l'ensemble de ses problèmes pas de solution proposée par l'établissement.

Bref la liste est longue, a fuir !

La limpieza y la ubicación era lo bueno que tenía este hotel y para tres días nos bastó

Cons:

Llegamos de noche ,nos atendió una persona muy seria el hotel no está en el mismo edificio o no se entra por donde está la recepción,nos dijo que el día de salida dejásemos las llaves encima de la mesita de la habitación y cerrasemos la puerta y tal cual todo antipático sin ofrecerse para nada , amabilidad cero.

La posizione vicina alla stazione

Cons:

Il bagno con la tenda alla doccia.L'acqua esce e allaga il bagno che è piccolo e poco luminoso. La camera ha diverse lacune, tinteggiatura approssimata,finestra con tapparelle rotte.

Pros:

J'ai adoré l'emplacement, à proximité de certains sites touristiques comme les Jardins d'Auguste, la Via Krupp et Marina Piccola. J'ai également beaucoup apprécié l'infrastructure de l'hôtel.

Volvería, si le hacen esas pequeñas mejoras

La limpieza, la ubicación y el trato del personal

Cons:

Los colchones te clavabas los resortes , la almohada. Al estar en un 5to piso no tenía presión del agua, cada vez que ibas al baño era tocar varias veces hasta que sube el agua y así .

Esperienza negativa presso Hotel Beauty Palace. Oltre alla pulizia non soddisfacente e alla camera poco curata, ho avuto anche un grosso disagio con il deposito bagagli. Avevo chiesto di lasciare la valigia in hotel perché alle 9:30 avevo un appuntamento importante, ma mi è stato rifiutato dicendo che la reception apriva solo a quell’ora e che non potevo consegnarla prima. Mi è stato anche detto di lasciare la stanza entro le 10 senza alcuna alternativa, e non hanno accettato nemmeno di tenere la valigia temporaneamente in camera. Alla fine sono stato costretto a pagare 10 euro per un deposito bagagli a Termini. Per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo sicuramente più disponibilità, organizzazione e attenzione verso il cliente. Non lo consiglierei.
