Cons:

一開始入住到第一間房間，房間門是開的、未整理、有奇怪噁心的味道。於是要求第一次換房。入住到第二間房間時，浴室地板有著一大片黑色、油膩的液體，非常之噁心，我們到現在都不知道那是什麼。於是要求第二次換房。


非常糟糕的體驗，我必須一直跑到櫃檯，處理一些不該發生的問題。

فريق العمل في الفندق رائع ومبتسم.
موقع الفندق رائع.
الخدمات قريبة جدا من الفندق.

Cons:

سكنت في الفندق لمدة 14 ليلة ولم يعجبني التالي:
1- في كم مرة اضع إشارة تنظيف الغرفة وللأسف أنه لم يتم تنظيف الغرفة كم مرة.
2- الهاوس كيبينج الاغلب لا يتحدثون الانجليزية فقط يتحدثون بالاسبانية.
3- فطور الفندق عادي جدا جدا جدا لا توجد خيارات كثيرة وللامانة ندمت اني وضعت الحجز شامل الافطار.
4- المواقف الخاصة بالفندق راح تدفع فيها 33 دولار لليلة.
5- لا يوجد أحد يساعدك في حمل الحقائب.

Okay stay with clean room and friendly staff.
Pros:

The size of the room, cleanliness, the staff was friendly and reliable.

Cons:

The room had a constant white noise. I guess previous customers reported and there is no way to fix it, because there were ear plugs and a note apologising about the noise in the room in a tin box. We only stayed 1 night so it wasn't an issue. But if I had one more night, I would have changed the room. It was room 214.

Pros:

Possibly the worst night in a hotel. Note to self - if there are earplugs in my next hotel room, go a check out and find another hotel. I’ve stayed near Times Square in NYC and this we a whole different noise. The room hummed like there was an electrical transformer in the closet. Low, dull and constant. The air conditioner sounded like there was a fire alarm going off in the building across the street and it was all topped off with the intermittent rattle of the condenser in the refrigerator cycling on and off.

If you still decide to book here, be sure you buy the parking when you book. There are only about 30 spots in the garage, otherwise your car is off in the street in the neighborhood behind the hotel.
