The premises was so unkempt and looked dangerous that I changed my mind about staying there. I therefore didn't even speak to the staff and left.

it was not properly accessible. Very unsafe neighborhood. Staff consisting of a very young lady and a small boy, were uncooperative and could not reach the manager
Bathroom not working. No hot water. Faucet broken from sink and so on.
