Being a hotel that gets so much business from people flying- they are not accomodating to fliers.
Cons:

Chose this hotel for 2 specific reasons: 1). free breakfast included and 2). was told over the phone in advance that we could pay the daily parking fee to leave car there during our trip. Get there to find out they don't start breakfast until 7am which was too late for us (and many others) based on our flight time. Then the morning of when checking out I asked about any special ticket needed for our extended parking & was told they do not allow that. I expressed that I called the hotel ahead of time specifically about that and confirmed that car could be left for a total of 6 days at daily rate. They would not honor what I was told over the phone and allow me to pay to leave my car so we were left scambling at the last minute to drive to the airport and navigate parking at O'Hare before our flight.

Close to Chiago Airport. It can meet my demand. I need take next day flight.

Cons:

I check out on March 1st, 2026 morning. Up to today, March 16, 2026, the hotel didn't return the deposit USD 50 yet. Too late compare with other hotel I stayed in this trip.

Pros:

Convenient and economical hotel close to O'Hare. Free shuttle runs every half an hour (during the day). Clean room, friendly staff. Nice little gym and pool.

Cons:

Would recommend free parking. Not a factor flying in and out, but is if one has a car.

Pros:

Very clean and functional hotel near O'Hare. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice little gym and indoor pool. Excellent price, access to airport, and free shuttle. Would stay here again while going through Chicago as a layover.

Cons:

I would suggest free parking would make the hotel more attractive for people renting a car.
