L’odeur très entêtante partout dans l’hôtel…
Il n’est pas forcément simple de rejoindre l’hôtel, il faut bien faire attention au Vaporetto, tous ne desservent pas à la station la plus proche. Et cette station n’est pas forcément desservie régulièrement en hiver. Il faut alors faire 25 minutes à pied avec les bagages, quand il pleut c’est moyennement drôle…

Me and my partner had the best holiday and this is easily the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at.
Amazing staff, great setting and the roof top bar has the best view across the lagoon. Can't recommend enough.

J'ai demandé une arrivée hâtive 48h avant mon arrivée.
A l'arrivée : aucune note au dossier sur cela.
On me dit qu'il n'y a pas de chambre.
Finalement on m'en donne une. Minuscule, catégorie en dessous de ma réservation et on me charge en plus 40 euros pour l'arrivée plus tôt.
La chambre était au dessus de l'endroit des party. Bruyante tôt le matin et jusqu'a minuit.
J'avais besoin de repassage pour des vêtements délicats. J'avais demandé 48h à l'avance un fer à vapeur. Après avoir insisté j'ai reçu un fer au dessous tàché de noir avec une planche au recouvrement sale que je n'ai pas osé utilisé.
A mon arrivée la personne à l'acceuil a été condescendante. Je ne me suis pas sentie acceuillie correctement. Les employée de soir/nuit, très gentil et serviables.

Beautiful place but let down by service, amenities and lack of guest relations .

I loved the hotel, decor and the look

Cons:

The service was not the best, we could not eat in the restaurant stayed 2 nights and was asked to book for dinner even though we were guests, which made no sense. When we did book we were advised they only had service from 9h30pm and could eat at one of the other restaurants in the area. Room service menu very limited and took forever. For the price you pay you would expect full WiFi but it only allows messages no streaming or other usage. Airport transfer cost was ridiculous at €160 vs the €11 we paid for the ATV Taxi.
