Perfect
Pros:

Beautiful property on a quiet island away from the busyness and congestion of Venice. The Staff was AMAZING, and very accommodating and helpful.
The rooms and hotel are modern and tastefully decorated.

Cons:

Ants in room, but reception quickly remedied the situation by allowing us to change rooms (which was a larger room) and stay was perfect.

Ótima opção para quem vai visitar Veneza e Murano com muito conforto por um ótimo valor.
Pros:

Quartos espaçosos, com ótimo banheiro, muito conforto, excelente café da manhã, muito completo e cheio de opções, instalações muito bonitas, decoração de muito bom gosto, a maioria dos funcionários muito atenciosos.

Cons:

Reservei um quarto para 4 pessoas porém, quando chegamos do haviam 3 toalhas de banho. No dia seguinte pedi logo cedo para adicionarem uma toalha de banho porém, ao chegar à noite ao hotel a toalha não havia sido colocada, pedi por telefone e depois tive que ir até a recepção para novamente pedir e conseguir a toalha de banho. Não é isso que se espera de um hotel 4 estrelas.

Excellent lagoon views and a fantastic upgrade, but plan dinner in advance!
Pros:

Our stay was excellent. The hotel boasts a very modern design with spacious common areas—including a wonderful rooftop perfect for having wine while enjoying views of the lagoon. The property is located in a very calm area with no noise, which made for a peaceful environment. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the location is highly convenient to the Vaporetto station.

Our room was clean and modern, and we were fortunate to be upgraded to a beautiful, spacious suite with great lagoon views through the American Express The Hotel Collection program.

The only minor drawback is that local dining options are very limited at night, and the hotel’s own restaurant has limited capacity for reservations. Be sure to plan your dinners ahead of time!

Pros:

Most comfy bedding and pillows. I slept like a log. I loved the rooftop terrace. Restaurant and bar staff were wonderful. As were all of the reception staff. Especially having had all credit cards stolen in Venice. Helped direct me towards to police for a report. It was also very quiet off the mainland.

Alles war perfekt, ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! <3
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück war auch super. Außerdem war das Hotel sehr gepflegt und sauber (und ich war berufsbedingt schon in sehr vielen Hotels ;) )
