Hotel rooms and services were ok..Enjyed cocktails in courtyard. Restaurant needs serious work!

Loved it!
Pros:

We really loved this hotel. The staff were wonderful and very helpful, the room was comfy and the breakfast was great! It was a bit hard for vegans but we made it work. Would definitely stay again!

Pros:

Secondo soggiorno qui, tutto perfetto.

Cons:

Migliorerei il bar in terrazza, la terrazza e' meravigliosa e potrebbe e dovrebbe ospitare un cocktail bar come si deve, invece e' lasciate un po' a se', soprattutto la sera.

Pros:

Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht, da es in der Nähe genügend Möglichkeiten für ein ital. Frühstück gab. Mehr wollten wir nicht. Generell ist Murano ein guter Standort für Reisende, die es am Abend ruhig wollen. Es gibt mehrere empfehlenswerte Restaurants und im Hotel eine gut sortierte Bar für den Tagesausklang.
Vaporettoanleger 5 min vom Hotel! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Ausgezeichneter Service, alle Sonderwünsche würden prompt erfüllt.
