Wonderful stay on Murano
Pros:

We have been visiting Venice for many years and this lovely new hotel on the island of Murano was the first time that we had stayed on the island. What a treat . Wonderfully friendly, great breakfasts , very comfortable rooms and a very stylish decor. Great location a few hundred metres from a vaporetto stop meant we could quickly and easily get to Venice island while the evenings were calm and quiet.

Pros:

Perfekte Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Duomo Santi Maria e Donato, eigener Anleger für Bootsverbindung nach San Marco. Sehr nettes Personal, stilvolle Einrichtung, schöne Dachterrasse.

スタッフはとても良く、朝食も文句なく美味しかった。共用部の建物やロビーは清潔で、ここまでは非常に満足できるホテルだった

Cons:

水回りが不衛生すぎた。写真を添付するが、風呂の壁がカビだらけで清潔とは言えないものだった。ここが不満足な点の全てである。スタッフの質や朝食はよかっただけに、台無しにしていてもったいない。これが1泊50ユーロのビジネスホテルだったらここまで酷くレビューはしないが、私は1泊300ユーロ、2泊で600ユーロ払っている。申し訳ないが、この評価をせざるを得ない。次はヒルトンに泊まることにする。

Wonderful hotel with stunning views
Pros:

This is our second stay at this hotel and the experience was excellent both times. The location is truly privileged with beautiful views of the lagoon, great facilities, tasteful décor. I visit Venice once a year and always stay in Murano. The NH is an excellent choice in the city.
