Very nice, comfy and cozy place. Only good impressions.
Pros:

The room was just great. Everything is in very good condition and good quality (furniture, bathroom etc.). Our room even had a neat micro-kitchen with a kettle and a single-pot electric stove. 7 min to Train station walking.

Pros:

A warm welcome awaits you at this immaculate hotel. The family owners are kind, generous, and genuinely caring, and their young daughter is absolutely adorable. My room 402, complete with a kitchenette, was the perfect oasis in this vibrant city. A firm and comfortable bed, clean white linen and towels, and a great shower made for a wonderful 4 nights. Although located in the heart of the real local area, it sits down a short alley, so while some road noise drifts in, it remains generally calm. The room was serviced daily and everything was perfect. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station, the area is full of local eateries and roadside 'carts', so is perfect to immerse yourself into Vietnamese city life.

Short stay gem
Pros:

The staff were super friendly & helpful. They tried to accommodate any reasonable requests made. The room was clean & the daily housekeeping was quite thorough..they washed up any dishes, replaced towels & remade the bed.
Awesome to have a small lift to save carrying luggage up many stairs.
Good value for money.

Cons:

Having only 2 towels which were quite small. No hand towel or foot towel to stand on after a shower. 🫤
Having a small kitchenette was great..but no tea towel to dry up your dishes but they did have dishwash liquid & wash cloth.
It was a bit noisy from the road traffic but not the fault of the apartment.
Was located too far for walking distance from the cool area of Da Nang beach location.

Fantastic Hotel - Would love to stay here again
Pros:

The room was perfect - Comfy bed, spotless and the bathroom/shower was luxurious. The balcony was a bonus !
Super close to the airport and about a 20min walk to the beach

El personal súper amable no pasamos mucho tiempo unas comparas y al aeropuerto está súper bien situado para lo que nosotros necesitábamos

está situado muy céntrico y como esta en una calle perpendicular a la principal es muy tranquilo y no se escucha ruidos por la noche

We only staid a night but it was very nice. The owner was very conscious about our well being. Bed was comfy, the room was very big and there was even a little kitchenette. Shower was nice and warm. It is close to the airport AND the train station. Very convinient !

Great stay near Danang Train station and airport
Pros:

The hosts were very kind, they let us check in to a larger room very early, without extra charge. We ended up staying an extra 3 hours the next day for a very reasonable price. The room was clean, and comfortable (ac, hot water). We did use the fridge and kettle. It was easy to find good food in this area. We walked to the accommodation from the Danang railway station. The airport was also closed by, about 10 minutes away by taxi. The location was very convenient for our purpose. Good value for the price.

Cons:

Nothing major for a short stay.
These things could impact the experience for a longer stay. No view from our room. There was a kitchenette, but there was no microwave, very few kitchen dinnerware, cutlery and cookware.
