どこへ行くのも交通の便が良く、周りにも天王寺動物園をはじめ徒歩圏内に楽しめるところがあり、良かったです

Pros:

チェックインの時にウェルカムドリンクがいただけました。コーヒーメーカーを使ったドリンクは有料ですが、隣にあるウォーターサーバーは無料で使用できます。

窓から外は見えませんが1階のお部屋だったので却ってよかったです。
お部屋には電気ケトルが、3階の共有スペースに電子レンジとトースターが置いてあって自由に使えます。アメニティコーナーに無料のもの、有料のものどちらもあり、忘れ物をしても事足りそうです。
ただ、天王寺駅から歩道橋を渡ってすぐの場所なので買い物には全く困りません。

22時を過ぎるとエントランスが施錠され、宿泊者はカードキーで入る仕組みなので安心感があります。地元の人が入り口付近にたむろしがちなのか、いつも誰かいるなとは感じました。

お風呂(ここは少々年季が感じられる)が広いこと、トイレ、洗面エリアがきれいなこと、空気清浄機が置いてあるのがとてもよかったです。古い建物をリノベしたようですが、内装がシンプルで可愛らしかったです。キタエリアからは少し離れますがミナミ、天王寺も遊ぶところはたくさんあるので宿の候補にはとてもいいと思います。

すぐ近くに駅地下道入口があり、とても便利です。スーパーやコンビニ、ファミレス、動物園、通天閣、あべのハルカスまで歩いて行けるのでありがたいです。お風呂広くトイレとは別ですが施設は古いです。わんちゃんに特化したホテルみたいです。

Excellent rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Excellent hôtel pour passer une ou plusieurs nuits sur Osaka, idéalement situé à 3 minutes de la station Tennoji.

Terrasse offrant une très jolie vue sur les alentours, personnel très agréable, chambre très confortable, le tout pour un tarif des plus raisonnables.

駅からの利便性、お風呂の広さ共にとても良かったです。
他の方も書いてましたが湯沸かしポットがあるのでティーパックがあれば更に良かったと思います。
ただ残念だったのがチェックアウト後の荷物預かりが有料だった事です。今まで色々なとこに宿泊して来ましたが有料と言われた事は初めてで驚きました。金額から言っても大きめな駅のロッカーに預けた方が全然安価だったのでそのままチェックアウトしましが何かモヤモヤした気分になりました。

古い建物と思えない綺麗なリフォーム
万博で遅くなってしまったが、とても真摯な対応で無事にチェックインできました。隣がビックリドンキーだったので遅くからの食事も美味しくいただけて、大変満足しました。

Pros:

最寄り駅から近く、とても快適でした。
部屋も隣の部屋の声が漏れることなく静かだったし、バス・トイレが別々になっていて快適でした。
夜、前の道に不審な人達が座り込んでいてちょっとだけ怖かったけど、出歩かなければ問題ありません。

Pros:

Very old room, mold in the bathroom, super hard mattresses and you have to pay 500 Yen fee for every 2 luggage pieces that you want to leave there for a few hours after checkout. Also checkout is already at 10.

駅近でコスパの良いホテルです。
Pros:

ロケーションは駅近でとても便利です。公園の脇にあり、(おそらく)使われていない古いホテルの手前にあるので少し不安になりましたが、交番が目の前に見えているので安全だと思います。
窓がほとんどないのですが、その分お部屋は広く換気、空気清浄はしっかりしています。バスルームもかなり広くお風呂も豪華な作りです。
天王寺駅の周辺はデパートや駅ビルが密集しレストランだらけなので、便利さと部屋の広さを考えるとコスパは最高です。

ただ私が泊まった部屋はお風呂場に入る際30センチちょっとのステップを上り降りしなければならず危ないと感じました。かなり高い段差です。
お年寄りや小さいお子さんには不向きです。
ビジネスマンの出張や若い方の観光に向いています。
また天王寺に来る際はリピートすると思います。
