The main host was friendly and they let us drop our bags off early, taking them up to our room for us while we were in the town. Big bathroom and room, and since we were the only guests it was fairly private. We didn't have any breakfast as we were always up & away early, easy to come and go and close/quick walk to the main town. Room was clean
A lot of road noise through the night, and neighbour's dog barks a lot in the morning. The rest of the family doesn't speak English so it's difficult to interact with them, since you walk through the main living room to go upstairs you always see someone from the family and end up just waving or acknowledging friendly without being able to say or act much more. No fault of theirs of course but felt a bit strange or that we were being rude. Bathroom bin was in the hallway not in the bathroom and didn't get emptied.(was no lid either).
Really nice room with a small balcony and a big bed. The showers were nice too ! The staff is really friendly and you can fill your water there so that’s a win
The family was very nice, there were some language issues but everything was fine.
The breakfast was simple but good.
They have two super cute and tiny small dog and small cat.
The location is perfect, and the price is fair!
Budget-friendly homestay in Hoi An, ran by a beautiful family. Definitely would recommend if you're looking to save on acommodation while travelling for a long(er) time.
Very friendly owner
The location close to the river, a very friendly girl who helped us to organize our further travel. However, when she was not at home, her female relative talked to us only Vietnamese, which was just useless and sometimes frustrating. Breafast was not superb, bit for the price OK
The rooms were not really clean. We had a room with two double beds, we used only one which was clean but the other one was just dirty and apparently used. As there was no table in the room and the other bed was dirty, we had to leave all.our stuff on the floor. In the bathroom we found a used tooth brush. Not really clean, too. But for the money it was a good option
The location was good and the Price was pretty cheap. They book bus for you if you need. Breakfast fair for the price.
The lady was lovely but when we arrived we had to help her to make the bed, and she was confused about the price of the room. Mattress was a bit hard.
Location is great, directly next to the river. And also price is really good.
Personal weren’t speak english and don’t even try to communicate. They didn’t take us keys from the beginning (after we get key next day it was impossible to lock the room).
We had breakfast included, but they didn’t mention, so we were looking for breakfast at the morning. At the end some other guest helps us.
Good price and the bed is pretty ok, AC was working so that was good too
We paid for a “triple room” that didn’t exist when we arrived, we took the room with 2 double beds that was 200.000 but the woman told us it was 200.000 per bed, we showed our booking and told we were paying 200.000, not more and she just said ok
This homestay was run by the kindest family, though there was a bit of a language barrier it was nothing a translator app couldn’t fix. Breakfast every morning was very nice. We arrived quite early in the morning but were instantly accommodated. Room was a good size, beds were comfy, bathroom was clean. Good location, walking distance into town. One morning I had spilt coffee on my white skirt and the lovely lady took it, washed it and returned it back to me perfectly clean a few days later. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality :)
Not far from town. Fairly cheap
Quite a noisy and busy house. The room listed a private bathroom but it was in the corridor and being used by others. The bathroom wasn't clean and the toilet often didn't flush
They were friendly.
The homestay is great but do not book any tours with them, It is a rip off and scam, The owner is great but does not speak English so you book through one of her staff and she charged me 850,000 dong for lantern and cocunut boat ride only to find out the coconut boat was 75,000 dong, she had originally charged me 550,000 for the cocunut boat and lantern and when we got to the cocunut boat I wanted to take a spin and she told me it was an extra 100,000 making it a total of 650,000 which I agreed, it was after we got back she took 850,000 from me saying the spin was extra 300,000 not 100,000 dong which I had to pay, After paying I was angry and went to find out how much for the spinning and found out both spinning and ride was 75,000 and I was also not given the lantern I paid for, so I paid 850,000 for a 75,000 cocunut boat ride.Do not book a tour with them.
The family here were super lovely and welcoming. The location was great because it was close to everything we wanted to get to but off centre enough to be nice and quiet. Being right by the river was really nice too with a breeze and great choices of restaurants right next door! (Would definitely recommend phan gia)
The property was clean, the breakfast was good and you could rent bikes for a small fee
A working tv and a mini-fridge were missing despite being on our booking but this didn’t really matter as the family were kind enough to make us tea or coffee if we wanted :) they also let us keep our drinks cold in a shared downstairs fridge instead however one of our bottles of drink did go missing
Very nice location, the owner is the sweetest and the breakfast is nice as well. Free water is nice as well!
The bathroom had s bit of a weird smell, issues with our check in. Had to stay one night at her sisters house. Sheets and towels a bit dirty but still recommend
All the members of the family were nice and gentle, the position is good and the room very big.
There were different type of services (laundry, breakfast, bycicles and tours).
The room was not so clean.
