Pros:

le style de la chambre, la vue du "balcon", l'accueil chaleureux, la taille de la chambre

Cons:

Les 4 etages sans ascenseur (car ascenseur payant), le tarif trop élevé pour cette ville, le matelas à ressort

it was a place to sleep for a night! The gentleman who checked us in was nice.

Cons:

The room we booked was not the room we received. There were ants. Lots of noise from the traffic. And not close to the airport or train station by foot. It was a 20-25 minute walk to the train station. We walked it once going to the train station during the day after we dropped off our luggage. We used a taxi every other time.

Cons:

Que no funcionaran los aparatos de aire acondicionado y tampoco el internet. Nos hizo cambiar de sitio, y esto nos provoco perder un día de vacaciones en Nápoles.
Disgustados y molestos, sin solución por ninguna parte. Nosotros tuvimos que apañarnos solos y buscar otro lugar en Nápoles. Cuando no conocíamos nada.
Es necesario que haya responsabilidad por parte de Booking o del hotel. Porque si hubiera anulado fuera de plazo, me cobran a mí. Y ahora me pregunto ¿Si no tienes las instalaciones adecuadas a lo contratado, quién se hace cargo? Se sigue fastidiando el cliente. ¿Porque tengo que perder un día con nervios en mis vacaciones? No es justo, la verdad.
A ver cuál es la solución a lo ocurrido.

Pros:

Не смотря на поздний прилёт самолёта, нас все равно встретили и поселили в отель. Очень удобное положение отеля, рядом находится железнодорожный вокзал, а также буквально в нескольких метрах остановка общественного транспорта ( автобус). В нескольких метрах от отеля известный ресторан, в котором подают еду с морепродуктов. Очень приветливый и доброжелательный персонал ( особая благодарность Антонио). В номере было очень чисто. Уборка проводилась регулярно, с постоянной сменой постельного белья. Ещё изюминкой отеля есть его интерьер.

Parfait endroit quand on attérit à Naples
Pros:

Accueil sympathique, litterie de qualité, clim efficace et salle de bain immense. L'endroit est typique et bien placé.

Cons:

L'ascenceur pour accèder à l'établissement est payant et on doit se rendre au 4em étage.
L'accès se fait dans l'arrière d'un restaurant c'est donc surprenant

Good location with nice balcony, many shops nearby and easy access

Cons:

The communication from the side of the host was poor, despite that we informed him about our arrival time and also had our flight number still we had to wait half an hour in the street with our luggage for someone to take us in because the property doesn’t have full time reception. Also something very bad is that we didn’t have internet in our room, we had to go outside to the hall to connect

Good value for money, only good for one night stay

Cons:

It is more an AirBNB than an hotel.
No one to return the key to when we checked out (we tried calling and he didn’t answer). The bedroom is super tight.
