the room was so dirty

Did not get the what I had booked
Pros:

The hotel was located at the corect place.

Cons:

I booked a deluxe room, but was offered a very dirty version of their standard room. They said they did not have the room type I had booked, and laughed at me. I said they still had two rooms of the deluxe type free on booking.com. After some discussion, they gave in, and showed me their available deluxe rooms. They were dirty and non functional, like one had a broken watertap on sink with no drain, an unlockable door… not meeting the advertized function or standard at all. I left and took room at nearby OYO Anata (and that was OK)

A FUIR ! INSALUBRE.
Pros:

Nous sommes arrivés très tard à cause d'un trajet en bus mais nous avions prévenu l'établissement via Hotels.com. En arrivant, ils n'avaient même pas la réservation. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à 5h du matin à dormir dans une chambre au lieu de deux réservées. L'établissement est insalubre. Il y a des moisissures partout, des trous dans les plafonds, l'eau ne s'évacue pas des toilettes, papiers peints déchirés. Le ménage n'est pas fait ou laisse clairement à désirer. Nous avions plein de cheveux dans la salle de bain. Nous nous sommes même demandés si dormir ici n'allait pas nous rendre malades ou nous apporter des bêtes. Bref, cet établissement est à fuir !
