Our stay at AKA Patagonia exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient to the airport and city with a 10 min Uber ride. The rooms were modern, spacious, and clean. The dining room was a beautiful space where we were able to hang out, read, and play cards. The breakfast was so generously sized and beautifully plated. And the staff was so friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

We had a couple small issues - the wifi not working, the heat not working - and both were attended to promptly. We didn't have any issues calling Ubers but recommend you do so about 10-15 minutes before you need them to arrive.

Pros:

O local é lindo, super aconchegante e confortável. Funcionários cordiais.

Cons:

O local não possui um serviço de restaurante (como nos hotéis). So é disponibilizado o insumo para você fazer o seu café da manhã.
A noite chegamos as 22h do passeio, e o centrinho ja estava fechado, e não conseguimos comer nada, se tivesse algum tipo de alimentação no local, iria ajudar muito mais no conforto do hospede.

Calma y tranquilidad al lado de Natales
Pros:

Magnifica opción si quieres estar cerca de Puerto natales sin estar dentro del pueblo. El hotel es muy íntimo solo hay 6 cabinas la arquitectura es nordica muy sobria y acogedora donde se conectan las cabinas/habitaciones con el comedor/recepción a través de pasarelas de madera. Las cabinas son super acogedoras y equipadas con todo lo necesario y el comedor principal está abierto 24h para poder hacer uso de él con cocina y salita de estar para leer o relajarse. Muy buen desayuno (no hay horario) sino que cada huésped recoge la bandeja a la hora que necesite. Calma, tranquilidad y a solo 5-10min en coche. Personal encantador y muy atento

Sunny day is a problem
Pros:

The room is clean and in a good size. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is self served with good selection.

Cons:

We stayed during the summer , sunny day. One wall of the room is a glass wall. The room was very very hot It felt like a greenhouse / aquarium. No window, just a door to get to a small yard.
We had to go out of the room.
At night we had to leave this door a bit open for air. A cat entered the room in the middle of the night. .

The shower drainage was slow so the floor was all water after shower.

Location is 15 minutes from city center by car

Cons:

Ubicación pésima, no es igual a como se ven en las imágenes. Baño con el piso roto, se hunde el piso. Desayuno para prepararse uno y no ya servido. Fea zona y valor caro para lo que te dan. Mal acceso, calles no asfaltadas y llenas de pozos.
