Calma y tranquilidad al lado de Natales
Pros:

Magnifica opción si quieres estar cerca de Puerto natales sin estar dentro del pueblo. El hotel es muy íntimo solo hay 6 cabinas la arquitectura es nordica muy sobria y acogedora donde se conectan las cabinas/habitaciones con el comedor/recepción a través de pasarelas de madera. Las cabinas son super acogedoras y equipadas con todo lo necesario y el comedor principal está abierto 24h para poder hacer uso de él con cocina y salita de estar para leer o relajarse. Muy buen desayuno (no hay horario) sino que cada huésped recoge la bandeja a la hora que necesite. Calma, tranquilidad y a solo 5-10min en coche. Personal encantador y muy atento

No me gustó nada de hecho llegamos y no había agua ni luz mal ubicado las habitaciones estrechas y sin servicios.. de hecho no nos quedamos allí y no hubo forma hasta ahora de que nos reembolsen algo de dinero

Sunny day is a problem
Pros:

The room is clean and in a good size. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is self served with good selection.

Cons:

We stayed during the summer , sunny day. One wall of the room is a glass wall. The room was very very hot It felt like a greenhouse / aquarium. No window, just a door to get to a small yard.
We had to go out of the room.
At night we had to leave this door a bit open for air. A cat entered the room in the middle of the night. .

The shower drainage was slow so the floor was all water after shower.

Location is 15 minutes from city center by car

Estilo moderno

Cons:

Ubicación pésima, no es igual a como se ven en las imágenes. Baño con el piso roto, se hunde el piso. Desayuno para prepararse uno y no ya servido. Fea zona y valor caro para lo que te dan. Mal acceso, calles no asfaltadas y llenas de pozos.

A little gem
Pros:

Ignore any silly negative reviews on here; the place is fabulous. A few tips to assist prospective guests:
1) Ubers are easy to request even though the property is not in downtown Puerto Natales. The property is a 9-min drive from PNT airport.
2) Breakfast is prepared at the communal dining area so there is no time pressure.
3) The hot tubs make it special. Expect a night under the stars in your outdoor private hot tub.
4) Staff are amazing. Special thanks to Francisca who went out of her way to assist us. She is delightful, kind and extremely helpful.

Cons:

More trees would be nice.

Pros:

Beautiful beautiful beautiful place to stay. I would stay again just for how stunning the place and the views can be. Absolutely stunning, breakfast was delicious as well!!

Cons:

Hot tub was not usable, acid green. Never seen that colour in a hot tub before, which is a shame because I paid extra for a room with a hot tub. Getting there from town is a bit of a trek, it is an unpaved road and steep so hard to get to and from town.

Ładny design! Schludnie i z gustem. Pani w recepcji bardzo miła.

Cons:

Widok! Ogromny płot przed oknem zasłanianacy widok. Śniadanie - do it yourself z kilku produktów z lodówki / spodziewałam się prawdziwego śniadania (do tego pani z personelu rozmawiała przez telefon cały czas obok)

Amazing love it
Pros:

It is such a beautiful cabin. The views were amazing. Breakfast diy in the dining room. You can cook your own eggs. If you like cats there are two that wants lots of attention. Nice place to just chill and relax after hikes.

Cons:

If you don’t drive, you will need to uber. The walk into town is 90 mins its a nice walk by the coast. However going up to the cabin the road isnt paved yet so very very dusty.

Pros:

La infraestructura, ubicación y comodidad del alojamiento.

Cons:

El servicio de atención al cliente deja bastante que desear. Arrendamos este alojamiento por su calidad y servicio de tinaja de hidromasaje, sin embargo, la segunda noche, la tinaja NO funcionó como debía. La temperatura del agua jamás estuvo caliente, es más, nunca llegó a estar tibia. Me contacté con el alojamiento, quedaron en solucionarlo y no fue así. De hecho, aún estoy esperando que se comuniquen conmigo por la compensación del servicio pagado que jamás funcionó.

Excellent
Pros:

We had a great stay at AKA Patagonia, rooms are nice, specifically with the hot tub. Staff is friendly and breakfast great - the lounge area is also excellent. Close to town and the airport - ideal!

Cons:

Expected a better view but that did not change the experience at all
