El staff y el lugar es perfecto para disfrutar lo mágico del lugar . Volveremos sin lugar a dudas
Pros:

El lugar, la tranquilidad y las personas, muy acogedoras y preocupadas. Las habitaciones son un lujo para descansar y disfrutar de la paz del sur . El desayuno espectacular.

Cons:

Es un poco alejado del centro, es algo que nosotros sabíamos y queríamos, pero hay que tenerlo en consideración al momento de ir , de todas maneras en el hotel te dan todas las facilidades, contacto y ayuda para poder moverte por puerto natales.

Pros:

Nos encantó el lugar con Mi Esposa la tranquilidad, el orden que había la limpieza. El desayuno muy bueno la verdad es que nos sentimos muy cómodos. Además la atención bastante buena. Es un lugar que sin duda Regresaremos. Lo Recomendamos 100%.

Pros:

Our stay at AKA Patagonia exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient to the airport and city with a 10 min Uber ride. The rooms were modern, spacious, and clean. The dining room was a beautiful space where we were able to hang out, read, and play cards. The breakfast was so generously sized and beautifully plated. And the staff was so friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

We had a couple small issues - the wifi not working, the heat not working - and both were attended to promptly. We didn't have any issues calling Ubers but recommend you do so about 10-15 minutes before you need them to arrive.

Pros:

O local é lindo, super aconchegante e confortável. Funcionários cordiais.

Cons:

O local não possui um serviço de restaurante (como nos hotéis). So é disponibilizado o insumo para você fazer o seu café da manhã.
A noite chegamos as 22h do passeio, e o centrinho ja estava fechado, e não conseguimos comer nada, se tivesse algum tipo de alimentação no local, iria ajudar muito mais no conforto do hospede.
