Pros:

L'emplacement au bord du lac, la vue depuis la chambre. L'amabilité et le professionnalisme du personnel, le linge de toilette en quantité non restreinte,et l'excellent petit déjeuner.

Schöner Aufenthalt direkt am See
Pros:

Wir waren in einer Juniorsuite mit Balkon. Die Aussicht war sehr schön und das Zimmerli war ruhig.

Cons:

Im Bad hat es zuwenig Ablageflächen un keine Möglichkeit das Badetuch zum trocknen aufzuhängen. Die laute Lüftung im Bad war gewöhnungsbedürftig.

O Hotel é bem centralizado , quarto com uma varanda grande e com uma vista linda para o lago.

Sehr gutes, frisches und reichliches Frühstücksbüffet.
Gute Lage, besonders mit Ticino Ticket, Nähe Bahnhof und Bushaltestelle.

La vue direct sur le lac. Chambre et terrasse bien agencées. Bonne literie

Cons:

Les serveurs du restaurant manquent un peu d énergie et surtout d organisation. La nourriture était bonne mais sans plus. Dans le plat de foie, il manquait quelques légumes. Le foie était un peu trop cuit à mon goût. Et pour le tagliatelles aux cèpes, la sauce était un peu trop légère (trop d eau, pas assez de crème et un goût un peu industriel)Rapport qualité/prix, trop cher.
Manque des séparations entre les différentes terrasses.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist ganz nahe am See gelegen. Von der Terrasse aus hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Direkt vor dem Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle und wenige 100 m entfernt auch der Bahnhof, so dass man schnell und einfach die Umgebung auch ohne eigenes Auto erkunden kann. Sehr nett waren die beiden Damen und der Herr an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns leider die Zimmersitustion. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr klein. Das Fenster ging direkt zur Straße. Wenn man es öffnete ,war es sehr laut und es strömten auch die Abgase ins Zimmer. Das Bad war winzigst und hatte keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten.
Das Frühstück war sehr frugal und wechselte auch nicht. Ausser dem jungen dunkelblonden Mann zeigten die anderen Angestellten wenig Engagement.

Świetny hotel! Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, pyszne śniadania z dużym wyborem oraz przepiękny widok na jezioro. Tak nam się spodobało, że przedłużyliśmy pobyt. Polecam!

Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Ich hatte eine Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den See. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Alles sauber und alles vorhanden, gutes Bett.
Das Restaurant des Hotels kann ich sehr empfehlen.
