Onmenselijk bedrog
Pros:

Dit was bedrog dit duur hotel voldeed aan niets van wat booking liet zien. Duur en we kregen een ongewone trieste armzalige vieze kamer primitief met geen enkel comfort gewoon ongezien wij zijn 3 dagen eerder vertrokken zo erg was het. Dat geld zijn we kwijt maar we wilden geen minuut langer blijven wij reisden al heel veel over de Wereld maar dit was vreselijk hebben de hele nacht zitten tobben en gewacht om bij daglicht zonder ontbijt te vertrekken. Wij waren goede klant van Booking maar dit deed de deur dicht Terugbetaling mag altijd van Booking maar zal wel niet gebeuren. Nare ervaring met dit hotel. Nachtmerries

Soggiorno molto piacevole e rilassante
Pros:

Ottima posizione per vedere Lugano, vicina alla stazione dei treni che in pochi minuti portano in città, oltretutto gratuitamente grazie all'agevolazione prevista in Svizzera per i turisti. Abbiamo goduto della vista del lago dal terrazzino della camera e dormito molto bene grazie al silenzio che ci ha accompagnato tutta la notte. Abbiamo anche apprezzato il ristorante sia a cena che a colazione.

Mooie locatie, maar heeft een opknapbeurt nodig!
Pros:

De ligging was fijn. Mooi aan het meer van Lugano.
Parkeren is een uitdaging. We werden weliswaar goed geholpen uiteindelijk
Er was het eea stuk op de kamer. Veel geluidsoverlast van straatzijde. Personeel was erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt was prima. Maar prijs/kwaliteit vond ik niet in orde. Kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken

Au bord du lac, pas loin du Swissminiatur (accessible à pied, le long de la rive). Petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse côté lac. Produits sans gluten et sans lactose. Chambre côté rue, mais quand-même calme. Accueil très chaleureux.

Cons:

La propreté de la salle d'eau était moyenne (odeur).
