Séjour parfait
Pros:

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement de l’hôtel, proche de Lugano. Hôtel très calme. Il est très facile de se baigner sans bateaux à l’horizon. Le restaurant est bon et les chambres avec la vue sont magnifiques. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

La climatisation fait du bruit mais c’est supportable.

Pros:

Personale accogliente, stanza vista lago bellissima!
Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e ci siamo trovate benissimo. A 2 passi dall’Hotel LAC c’è una spiaggia balneabile.

Fantastisk udsigt, god mad - men lille seng
Pros:

Udsigten ud over søen - det kan ikke beskrives det skal opleves. God mad i restauranten - meget venligt personale.

Cons:

Det var meget lille seng. - tror ikke det var en dobbeltseng mere 1 1/2 mands seng.

Pros:

Läget och den fantastiska utsikten från sviten med sin stora terrass. Maten på hotellets restaurang var mycket god - liksom frukosten.
Detta boende rekommenderas verkligen!

Cons:

Småsaker - som att det
Inte fanns balsam och lotion på rummet efter
Bad och dusch.

معها موظف ايضا متساعد جدا وخدوم نسيت أسمة ولكن كان لطيف ومتساعد للغاية
تم ترقيتنا لغرفة اكبر في مبنى مجاور ببلكونة وإطلالة رائعة ومباشرة على البحيرة ولكن بدون مصعد

A lovely week in a great Hotel
Pros:

We really appreciated the spaciousness of our room. It was cool and comfortable when returning to it in the heat. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice sofa and chair to sit and read in. We liked the tea and coffee making facilities. The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. We were given a lift to the station in Melide which was a very kind gesture.

Cons:

We loved everything..... maybe a couple of cushions on the metal chairs on the balcony would help to prevent a hot bottom!!!
