Perfekte Lage direkt am See. Vom Zimmer mit Balkon hat man uneingeschränkte See und Weitsicht.Das gesammte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Leider sind die Balkone zu den Nachbarzimmern gar nicht Sichtgeschützt. Das Essen im Restaurant war ok, hätten aber ein wenig mehr kreativität auf dem Teller erwartet

Eigentlich alles, sehr schönes Hotel an direkter Seelage. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, die einem gleich das Gefühl gegeben haben "Willkommen" zu sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommem gerne wieder:)

Cons:

Zu wenig Ablagefläche im Badezimmer. Zweite Bettdecke im Hotelschrank hat gefehlt, wurde aber auf Wunsch ins Zimmer gebracht. Zwischen den Balkonen wäre ein Sichtschutz eine sinnvolle Sache.

Pros:

Ondanks onze later dan geplande aankomst was het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kregen ook een mooie upgrade van onze kamer. Er werd plaats vrij gemaakt om de wagen te kunnen parkeren aan het hotel. De ligging aan het meer was bijzonder mooi.

Pros:

Das Lac Hotel ist ein sehr schönes, kleines Boutique Hotel direkt am Luganer See gelegen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick und Balkon. Die Aussicht ist umwerfend. Sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
Auch das dazugehörige Restaurant verdient eine 10. Die Gerichte sind exzellent. Das Personal ist sehr kompetent und zuvorkommend.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am See mit Balkon.
Sehr freundliche Chefin und weibliche Angestellte. Café war sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider ist die untere Terrasse zum See ungepflegt und schmutzig, es hängen in verschiedenen Arealen sehr viele Spinnweben herum. Im Zimmer haben wir in einer Schublade eine Tüte eines vorherigen Hotelgastes gefunden. Der Junge männliche Angestellte war sehr unmotiviert, Service schlecht.
