Personale della reception non all’altezza. In particolare la receptionist giovane ( Laura credo ) piuttosto maleducata : dopo una nostra segnalazione di presenza di formiche e blatte in cucina e di ambiente sporco ci ha risposto con arroganza che dovevamo pulire noi .. appena arrivati . In seguito ad una segnalazione di un cavo scoperto nel quadro elettrico … cosa molto pericolosa ci ha risposto che in 50 anni non era successo mai niente … un cavo elettrico volante non isolato !!!!! Definirla incosciente è poco . Pessima

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, die Lage ist super gut, wenige Schritte zum Strand und wir haben immer einen Parkplatz gefunden
Die Nachbarn haben recht viel auf dem Balkon geraucht, ein Nichtraucherhotel wäre mir lieber.... die Küchenausrüstung war ziemlich gering, aber ich konnte ohne Probleme ein paar Tassen bekommen. Wenige Steckdosen (Vielfachstecker mitbringen!)
From check in to the room,lovely food,great pool and outside dining area did not want to come home.

Muy bonito. Es un hotel pequeñito, pero las habitaciones son bastante amplias y tienen un balcón grande. Las chicas de recepción son maravillosas y todo es perfecto si lo que buscas es tranquilidad. ¡Lo recomiendo! ❤️
Sinceramente, cambiaría algunas cosas en cuanto al bufé. Es un hotel de 3 estrellas, bien situado, bonito y con una ubicación excelente. Sin embargo, creo que el bufé debería ser más amplio, con más variedad de platos y opciones de comida. También consideraría ofrecer la opción de todo incluido (All Inclusive), ya que sería ideal para

Great stay for a week! We stayed in October so it was less busy. Pool was lovely and clean and lots of sun loungers. The bar there for food and drinks was also fabulous! There’s a shop in the hotel which has lots of snacks and beach towels which I thought was great too. Breakfast was the same every day but still lots of options so we liked that too! Dinner at the Italian restaurant was incredible please try the tiramisu. we were able to check in early and were offered for our bags to stay at the hotel securely on our last day too which was very kind.
My only issue with this hotel was the housekeeping. We stayed for 7 nights and the room wasnt cleaned once, we had to ask the front desk twice for toilet roll. This is however partly our fault as the cleaners come once a day and we would put the do not disturb on if we were in the room sleeping however twice we left early before cleaning started and came back to no clean room. Towels changed every 3 days should be once a day, and bed cleaned once every 7 days should be once a day too in my opinion. We had the same towels and bedsheets for our entire stay! Not the end of the world but it would have been nice to have had these things- it was still a lovely stay and I would stay here again!
