Bien pour une nuit de transit
Pros:

Grande chambre, salle de bains a l'extérieur sur un balcon. Rapport qualité prix correct

La personne a la réception ne peut pas nous conseiller ou orienter par rapport à nos besoins.

You get what you pay for... A cheap place to sleep while waiting for Visa paperwork.

Staff were very kind. On-site laundry was quick and cheap.

TV didn't work at all. internet was out the entire stay. Poor location, very loud street nearby.

Zimmer ist völlig in Ordnung für eine Nacht.

Cons:

Wir hatten weder wlan, noch gingen unsere mobilen Daten im Zimmer (mussten vor die Tür). Vom/zum flughafen war es aufgrund von Verkehr deutlich länger als bei Maps angegeben, das sollte man einplanen.

Le stanze sono grandi e pulite. Il bagno pulito anche se la pressione dell'acqua era davvero bassa e lo scaldino non miscelava bene l'acqua...o troppo fredda o troppo calda! Posizione buona....10 minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto.

Il posto ha un grande potenziale ma, purtroppo, è gestito male. Come sempre, prima drl mio arrivo, ho contattato la struttura per chidere loro un check in anticipato visto che sarei arrivata alle 5 del mattino. Mi hanno risposto che non erano sicuri di poterlo garantire ma che mi avrebbero comunque accolta lasciando i bagagli e potendo riposare un po alla reception. Al mio arrivo la signora, un po infastidita, mi ha detto che lei non sapeva niente degli accordi presi negandomi la possibilità di stare seduta alla reception. Quando le ho mostrato il messaggio mi ha detto che era stato booking.com a mandarlo. Questa proprio mi mancava! Data l'ora e la stanchezza mi sono messa fuori ad aspettare e solo dopo ho capito che la signora stava dormendo su un materasso proprio alla reception!
Ah... in tutto questo internet non funzionava lasciandomi in balia del nulla!

when coming into Phillipines and your trying to get your bearings, This is an excellent stay
Pros:

Bathroom was big. knee room for a sit down in the shower is important for 6ft people. Some buildings do not take that into consideration. This one does. Laundry is down stairs cheap, fast, excellent. No Deposit when you pay online. gal at deck very helpful, very professional. Get a phone charge up 3 mins down the road. Western Union at the crossing. early morning coffee at papabo's. just about 4 minute walk.across the street from the 7 11, which has adaptors for your electrionics. Trike will get you to the pier. Great bar at the pier. shout out to Uncle Mike. Big Mall also with a Western Union and Money changer north on a trike 3 minutes. 13P to 20P depending on skin color. Fridge in room but lots of places to eat. Papabos has excellent pizza and pool table. Wave Cafe on the Property is also excellent for those who enjoy there coffee around 11am ish. J Walk is about 8 minutes by trike 3 swimming pools and very nice place to eat right on the water. excellent value. Too and from the airport is very short trip.
