sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit nettem Betreiber bzw. Mitarbeitern
Pros:

Für mich war das Hotel perfekt. Meine Erwartungen wurden nicht enttäuscht, sondern sogar übertroffen: Sehr netter Betreiber und ein schönes großes Zimmer, geschmackvoll in Details: vom Brokatbettläufer über schöne Gardinen und geschmackvollen Fliesen und Nachtleuchten. Zimmer mit elektrisch bedienbaren Rolladen komplett abdunkelbar und anscheinend sehr gut isoliert. Dazu noch eine tolle Matratze und einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer mit Vierersets an Kaffee, Tee und Zucker an denen man sich kostenlos bedienen konnte. Perfekt auch die kostenlosen Parkplätze am Haus und die späte Check-out Zeit von 11 Uhr.
Die angeschlossene Pizzeria hat leider montags geschlossen (wie anscheinend 95% der Restaurants in WOB) und konnte daher leider nicht ausprobiert werden. Durch die Lage am "Markt" hat man zumindest einen Supermarkt, eine Eisdiele, einen türk. Imbiß und andere Geschäfte um die Ecke.

Cons:

Detmerode selbst ist wohl kein Flanierstadtteil und nicht besonders hübsch.
Was man vlt wissen sollte: Falls man unangekündigt früh vor dem offizellen check-in 15h anreist, kann es passieren, dass die Rezeption noch nicht besetzt und die Eingangtür noch abgeschlossen ist (eingecheckte Gäste haben natürlich per Chipkarte 24/7 Zugang und können die Rezeption bei Rückfragen wohl jederzeit per Telefon erreichen).

Zimmer mit großem modernen Bad. Gute Matratzen. Angenehmer Teppichboden. Außen-Jalousien und ausreichend Parkplätze. Gute Pizzeria im Haus, EKZ um die Ecke.

Pros:

Schönes großes Zimmer, Tolle begehbare offene Dusche, akustisch waren Außengeräusche wenig wahrzunehmen, perfekt gelegen in der Nähe von einem Einkaufsbereich.

Cons:

Der TV dürfte für das Große Zimmer etwas größer sein (Klagen auf hohem Niveau)
