Pros:

I arrived and they did not honor the reservation, and played dumb, claiming they had never received a reservation.
Once I left stating I was placing a horrible review, they contacted me ( I did not give them my CEL phone, however they pulled it from my reservation, because that was the only place they could find it….) and found me another place that was not as expected.
Horrible experience….

Pros:

We booked this because Expedia says it's a hotel but the actual sign at the property says: Hostal Casona del Cerro. We didn't want to stay in a hostal. It had a shared bathroom with no soap. The door to our room did not lock from the inside, only from the outside with a padlock. The bed was for one person, not for two people. Misleading advertising. The staff was kind. We just had never stayed in a hostal before and would not have booked this if we knew it was a hostal.
