على مدار سنوات كثيرة اسافر وسكنت في فنادق كثيرة عائلة واصحاب الفندق رائعون جدا حصل لي موقف رايع وجميل معهم التاكسي اخبرني ان ادفع كاش ولم يكن معي كاش ذهبت للاستقبال اخبرته بالمشكلة واعطاني الكاش بدون اي عمولة مجرد خدمة ليس مجبور عليها .. الفطور جميل الغرف نظيفة شكرا لكم 🙏🏼

Pros:

L’emplacement est excellent, notamment grâce à sa proximité de la marina Yakilavak.
L’équipe est également un vrai point positif. Souriante, professionnelle et accueillante.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Il est malheureusement quasiment identique tous les jours.
Nous avons également signalé un problème au niveau de l’eau stagnante de la douche et le rideau de la fenêtre de la chambre. Malgré notre réclamation le problème n’a pas été résolu pendant notre séjour.

Pros:

The staff were very nice and cheerful they had a welcoming vibe.

Cons:

You can hear everything that happens around you from other rooms and the hallway, the noise were until 3am.
The size of the rooms was relatively small compared to other hotels with the same price.
The room wasn’t clean, there was a hair in the bathroom.

Everything was excellent. The location was perfect, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Sudem and Jada for their wonderful hospitality and for making my stay even more enjoyable. I felt very welcome throughout my stay.

Pros:

J’ai apprécié l’emplacement de l’établissement étant donné qu’on est littéralement sur le port de yalikavak et tout les commerces sont à côté ainsi que la fameuse yalikavak marina.
