all is very good except the bad smell
Pros:

Location, staff are perfect

Cons:

Bad sewage smell coming for the toilet scuppers possible reason due to faulty black water ventilation and water lock system .
we had to keep the toiler door always close and blocking the drain scupper with wet towel .

Gute Lage, saubere Unterkunft mit großem Zimmer und super Frühstück.
Pros:

Personal war überaus freundlich, die Lage war für uns gut und die größe der Zimmer auch mejr als gut.
Das Frühstück was sensationell, sehr reichhaltig und sehr lecker!
Kann ich jedem sehr empfehlen, der geschäftlich dort einige Tage verbringen will/muss.

Eigenlich nichts negatives.
