I did not have the time to like anything, however I will say that the property reimbursed me quickly, this is appreciated.
When arriving in joy room, I realised the bed had been used, hair on the pillows and in the bed, traces of human presence. They offered to change the sheets or move me to another room, but I was grossed out and left.

No contaban con agua caliente en la regadera, y las sabanas en el spa se encontraban sucias, a lo que pedí que se cambiaran y al parecer no tenían más opciones.
Nice open bar, very large rooms and good food.
It is a run down property for the lack of maintenance with plenty of hazards due to the modern design and NO ilumination on the satairs and paths at night!!!!!! Very dangerous!!!! NO hot water!!! NO hair dryer and I had a wedding! I call the front desk and they said that they had run out of hair dryers!!! Very far away from everything!

La alberca estaba muy fría, y según era climatizada.

Las instalaciones del Hotel son excelentes. En buenas condiciones.
La ubicación es un poco retirado y las vías de acceso un poco solitarias. No me gustó qué te pidan prácticamente la llave de tu vehículo y lo estacionen en un lugar que no es tan retirado como para que lo hagas tu mismo y conserves las llaves.
Bonita propiedad, aunque ya le falta algo de mantenimiento a las habitaciones, y más opciones de comida en el restaurante
El personal fue amable y el lugar en general es agradable, no había otras personas.
El agua de la alberca estaba muy fría, aún considerando que fuera climatizada. Algunas de las instalaciones se están deteriorando. El restaurante y bar dejó de operar a las 5 pm, se veía que había poco personal. Una de las almohadas tenía moho.

Les falta un poco de mantenimiento a las habitaciones el mini bar con mucho ruido y la TV. nos funcionó un rato y después ya no pudieron componerla.
La alberca de hidromasaje que la tienen al público tampoco funcionaba que estaba descompuesta.

La habitación olía a humedad y el colchón tenía una mancha de sangre qué de trasparentaba por las sábanas. La señal de Internet era inestable por lo que no tuve acceso a la tv.
Muy mal servicio delnrestaurante
En general a toda la propiedad le falta una remodelación urgente. Áreas comunes, camastros, alberca, el cuarto es pasable ya que la cama es cómoda y el baño es lindo. Pero en definitiva no fue una estancia placentera ya que muchas cosas faltaban o no servían.
