Pros:

The location. We went to kundasang to see the mountain. It was very satisfying to see mount kinabalu right in front of us when we woke up early in the morning. What a view... majestic. Especially when were at the rooftop.

Bad hotel to staycation with family.

Booking hotel guna booking.com sbb tngok dlm gmbar masa nak booking hotel tu nampak mcm selesa ok & puas hati sebab harga 1 mlm RM388 yelah datang time cuti sekolah kn.. sis boleh terima lagi.. tapi after smpai hotel tngok keadaan bilik hotel x sesuai dlm gmbar .. lain yg ditunjuk dlm gmbar lain yg dapat.. sudahla wifi xde bila tnya staff alasan tiang internet problem.. katil bunyi cadar tilam kotor berbau bila ditnya sudah tukar & kemas .. tandas pula bau air kencing terpaksa saya cuci tandas bagi wangi .. enth betul cuci ke tidak tandas tu.. kunci bilik pun saya xdapat sebab staff bgtau cust terbawa kunci bilik?? Hotel mcm ni tk sediakan kunci lebihan ke?? If anything happen mcm mna la nak buka pintuu?? Kalau xde kunci spay?? tk sesuai betul la dgn harga yg ditetapkan. Sangat2 mengecewakan yaa.. nak cancel sayang pula duit dh terbayar guna booking.com jadi saya pun terpaksa juga bermalam di bilik yg sngt2 teruk ni.. yg nak stay sini i really not recommended.. very bad hotel i pernah stay selama i bercuti di kundasang.. view mmg cantik sngt puas hati tp service hotel untuk stay tidur mmg outt habis laaa.. sngt tk sesuai untuk family.

Up grade the accomodirion
Pros:

View near at dairy farm also can see mount kinabalu clear .

Cons:

Accomodiation not so good bcos I rent room at kontena so small no TV also the wash room at outside for me room rate rm274 per nite so expensive.
