Very disappointed
Pros:

very very disappointed, I ordered 2 rooms charged me rm206 each room，but the facilities are low grade level, smelly environment, need to share bathroom, smelly bed matters, men washroom heater are not working, room door are unable to proper lock. In these cases your company suppose to charge us rm 100 ringgit per night. Very sorry to say that I won't ever to recommend to rest of my friends or everyone else to stay in your hotel, just too bad!

No, my friends and I are not ever going back to stay in your hotel again, very bad impression to us!

To those who wish to stay in kundasang to watch mount kinabalu up close, i recommend you to sat here
Pros:

The location. We went to kundasang to see the mountain. It was very satisfying to see mount kinabalu right in front of us when we woke up early in the morning. What a view... majestic. Especially when were at the rooftop.
