Location and beautiful rooms
Staff were unfriendly, especially the breakfast manager, unprofessional, brings an otherwise good hotel to below average.
Breakfast was good and the location excellent, solo traveler, I felt safe. The Dinner was exceptional.
The aircon in the room was not super silent, could hear the humming, which disturbed my sleep.
All facilities and especially the gym.

Beautifully maintained property, restaurant meals were delicious and good value.
Beautiful decor and comfy beds. The best thing about the property was the lovely lady called Charity who looked after us so well, we arrived so early in the morning and were not expecting our room but she got us into our room and even organised a lovely coffee, nothing was too much trouble, a lovely welcome to Africa. Great beds. Lovely restaurant also.

Rooms are quite big, beds are really comfy, dinner and breakfast were very good in quality and service.
We also tried a massage at the new Spa which was really great, I just suggest to privide before or after the treatment something to drink like a tea, this is a service and a small touch that in a five star hotel should be done

Staff was great so was room. The only problem is that it is Winter now and the heating System was not enough and the room was super cold

Lovely place to stay- only 10-15 minutes drive to the airport in a safe neighbourhood, clean and comfortable rooms, professional and helpful staff, nice new gym and restaurant with delicious breakfasts and dinner
Staff were lovely at this hotel and the bed was very comfy. The room was spacious - bigger than expected. Was able to purchase drinks from reception if needed.
We weren't advised that there were building works going on, literally surrounding the hotel. So this was noisy and not the most aesthetic of views! The area did not feel like there was much around, not your 'typical touristy' spots.
Absolutely Beautifully decorated room & we received a free upgrade for our anniversary. With rose petals & swan towels ! Thank you .

There was no kettle which is a big problem for tea drinkers but they found us one . Strangely there was 2 teabags tho .
The glass separating the shower / bath area was very close to the bed which made it a hazard at night if you went to the toilet .
There should be a safety chain on the patio door on the room which leads to outside .
