Pros:

absolutely everything!!!! Staff are well trained and it shows. They are on point with everything. The rooms and premises are out of this world. Amazing location and safety within resort grounds. the new spa is on another level. this is a must stay for travellers.

i loved it all so there is not much to say.

Lovely location however more attention to detail required to elevate service and experience. Disappointing stay consider
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff. Option for late check out which was greatly appreciated

Cons:

Property was undergoing renovations, specifically to the pool and external painting of the rooms which we weren’t made aware of before we arrived. Disappointing as the tranquility and relaxation we were looking forward to was disturbed by dust, noise and workmen around the property. Unable to sit on our patio or open our windows as they were painting our room. Pool was unusable, which we looked forward to after a hot Joburg day. Uncomfortable seating on the walkway outside our room and increased privacy options should be explored.

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Location was good.

Cons:

The property was hosting a wedding reception on the night of our stay. This was not communicated to us at the time of booking. We had to call reception at about 11pm to ask them to get the party to turn dial down the noise, even though we were advised when we checked in that the party would end at 10pm.

Buffer day hotel
Pros:

Very pleasant room decoration, good quality furniture, taps etc, comfortable bed, immaculate garden

Cons:

Room was much smaller than on the pictures, crammed and damp from the shower. There was 18th birthday party at the restaurant spilling out onto the pool area so we only had a limited choice of garden furniture to sit at during our lunch. Food was unremarkable but perhaps we were spoiled on our travels around SA…There was noticeable noise from the road which added to un-relaxing atmosphere so instead of staying put and enjoying our buffer day before boarding a plane we ventured out to see what Johannesburg has to offer, which was actually nice.

Tolles Anwesen, sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Zimmer, gutes Essen. Kurzer Weg zum Flughafen.
