Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno è stato molto al di sotto delle aspettative. Molti dei servizi pubblicizzati non erano disponibili: per diversi giorni siamo rimasti senza TV e frigorifero, mentre la macchina per tè e caffè è arrivata solo il terzo giorno e senza tè né caffè.
La camera non è mai stata pulita durante tutto il soggiorno e shampoo e prodotti da bagno non sono mai stati riforniti. Anche la colazione è stata estremamente scarsa e il cibo, in generale, di qualità deludente.
L’aspetto più frustrante è stato il comportamento del proprietario, che ogni giorno prometteva di risolvere i problemi “nel pomeriggio” o “il giorno dopo”, ma le promesse non sono mai state mantenute.
Una struttura che ha un buon potenziale, ma che al momento offre un servizio ben lontano da quello che ci si aspetta e da quanto viene pubblicizzato. Purtroppo non possiamo consigliarla.

Las instalaciones están absolutamente obsoletas y solo hay una persona para atender la instalación, oficina, limpieza, cocina, ...
- El personal super amable. Tuve que hacer la reserva de última hora tras haber tenido problemas en otro alojamiento y tanto el chico de la recepción, como el dueño al día siguiente, se preocuparon porque estuviese agusto en todo momento, me ayudaron con la ducha (no supe hacerla funcionar) y con el transporte a mi siguiente destino.
- El tamaño de la habitación estaba bien, también el de la ducha. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien.
- Cuenta con piscina limpia, que es de agradecer.
- Se puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito.
- Cerca de la playa, a unos 10 minutos andando.
- Por poner alguna pega, la limpieza en la habitación se podría haber mejorado un poco, al igual que la de la ropa de cama.
- La ubicación no es la correcto, tampoco en el maps de iPhone. Mejor preguntar a la gente local y te guían, porque se encuentra en la calle principal de Trincomalee.
- Es verdad que la relación calidad-precio, para los precios de Sri Lanka, me pareció un poco cara. Aunque se llame "Resort", no cuenta con las facilidades que tendría uno en un país como España.

The hotel had a good location easy access to the beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants. Staff were pleasant when we saw them
The hotel felt pretty run down. There wasn’t really anywhere to spend time outside of your room. There was a nice pool but zero chairs, sunlounger or shade which made it pretty unusable. The restaurant didn’t seem open and it just didn’t feel like a resort.

Piscine
Personnel très dévoué , surtout Merika qui nous a organisé 2 belles sorties. Voir la pêche traditionnelle sur la plage et découvrir Poya day à Trincomalee. Elle nous a prêté des saris pour vivre ce beau moment et a donné de son temps pour tout nous montrer et expliquer.

The property was clean and tidy. The staff was very kind and helpful! Even helped us cleaning our Tuktuk, very friendly staff group. Room was good, hot water and bed was also nice. Pool was very refreshing. Close to many restaurants and easy to find. Beach is just in a walking distance. Would recommend!
The room is as it looks in the picture and was very clean. Big spacious room with TV & coffee maker. The pool is lovely and just like the picture too. Location is good, not far from the beach and restaurants. You can rent a scooter there at the property as well, of course we hired one. I ordered breakfast and it was just wooow.
We have booked only for one night but extended to four as we needed relax. Our room was of a reasonable standard, clean & tidy. Pressure from the shower is excellent. The electric shower worked well with hot water. The air conditioner worked well. They have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. However the main reason for our extended stay was a nice swimming pool which was brilliant. Most people staying went out for most of the day leaving the pool to us. The water was warm too. Overall a good place to stay lots of restaurants nearby and the beach is just a stones throw away. Definitely we recommend and wish to come back again.
A little bit of noise from the nearest restaurant in the night. This is not a problem by hotel.
A heavy breakfast I would say. In face we take some pan cakes for the lunch as well. No wait at all for the breakfast, everything was fresh and nice. Rooms are well maintained, water pressure in the bathroom is perfect.

The beach is just few minutes walk from the hotel, it is safe and nice. There are plenty of restaurants in the out side of the property as well.
It was just a short stay of us and the staffs I must mention that they were outstanding. So friendly. The Air-con is perfect, you don't want to use after 11 in the night because the room quickly get cold. Wifi is excellent.
Nothing but if they have sun beds in the pool side is good.
