Pros:

Et helt fantastisk hotell! Var mitt andre besøk her, og fikk en utrolig fin mottagelse, med blant annet oppgradering av rommet. Endte opp med Gardenview-type rom, som var helt fantastisk. Mer som en veldig eksklusiv studio-leilighet.
Personalet er utrolig hyggelig og imøtekommende!
Fikk reservert bord like fremfor TV'en, ettersom dette var VM kamp mellom Norge og Elfenbenskysten, så det satte vi veldig pris på (beklager om vi skremte noen med våre høye skrik når Norge scoret, og vant:)).
Middagen var helt nydelig, med det møreste kjøttet du kan tenke deg.
Frokosten var, som forrige gang, helt uten sidestykke! Fantastisk!

Das James anbefales på det sterkeste, og vi vil helt klart komme tilbake!

Sensationeller Service mit reizendem Hoteldirektor der auch noch selbst mit anfasst. Insgesamt ein Top Personal.
Sehr stilvolles Ambiente. Absolut 5*****.

Cons:

Die Pool Öffnungszeiten hätten eher und auch länger dauern können.

Я побывала в раю при жизни )) мне уже так давно требовался отдых и релаксация, что попав в отель das James, я просто «улетела» от удовольствия )) я была готова к высокому уровню, тк в гугле и букинге у них оценка наивысшая, редко такое встретишь. Но это восторг. Мне даже интересно было обсудить с чатом гпт историю концепта отеля и авторов этого замечательного места. Спойлер- мне понравился и сам отель, и то, как там заботятся о впечатлениях гостя. Многие отели делают красивый интерьер. Многие строят хороший спа. Многие покупают дорогую мебель. Но очень немногие умеют создать ощущение: «Меня здесь ждали». Навскидку, что сразу вспомнила: именная открытка; авторское пирожное при заселении; хороший кофе без экономии на кофемашине и кофейных чашках (набор из стильных 4 чашек); витрины с закусками под стеклом на завтраке; музыка во всех зонах; подсветка вечером; горящий камин в бассейне вечером; тёплая вода в бассейне; яркие идеально выверенные цвета и  мебель, декор; расслабляющая музыка во всех зонах бассейна и спа; подача блюд и обслуживание в ресторане как в хорошем ресторане, а не при отеле.Это всё не про деньги. Это про режиссуру впечатления. Обычно я забочусь о своих  клиентах, ведь я помогаю иностранным парам жениться в Дании. А в Das James заботились обо мне. Рекомендую!

Fint hotel som dog ikke lever op til de 5 stjerner.

Receptionen låste et beløb ( værelsesprisen ) 1 måned frem på mit kreditkort og de vil ikke gøre mere i sagen,- stærkt utilfredsstillende. Min bank har bekræftet, at det er hotellet og ingen andre, som har låst beløbet og så kan jeg bare vente.

Pros:

Wir waren das erste Mal da und leider nur für eine Nacht. Zimmer und Ambiente waren der Hotelklasse entsprechend sehr gut. Das besondere und herausragende Merkmal waren der besondere persönliche Charakter und Service, den wir während des gesamten Aufenthaltes verspürt haben. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr empfehlenswert und das Frühstücksbuffet mit reichlichem Angebot hervorragend.

Sportraum hat leider viel zu wenig Cardio Trainingsmöglichkeiten
Mindestens 2 Crosstrainer, 2 Laufbänder und 2. Rudergeräte sind erforderlich und Platz ist vorhanden, Boxfläche zu groß.
