Pros:

Big rooms, very clean and warm feeling. Calm location with countryside feel. Walkable to centre of Gyeongju if you do not mind walking and weather is nice, otherwise taxi.

Cons:

We could hear a lot from next door room, specially when they open and closed doors. But as they came late at night and went to sleep quickly, it ended up being fine.
