Pros:

Personnel au top, j’ai passé une semaine parfaite, othmane le directeur adjoint était au petit soin lui et son équipe ! Le directeur était aussi présent pour nous et nous ont donner beaucoup de bons plans et adresses pour nos vacances, je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Séjour mitigé : un bel emplacement et de bonnes activités, mais la qualité des chambres et surtout de la nourriture lais
Pros:

Très bon établissement, idéalement situé pour profiter de Dakhla. Beaucoup d’activités proposées et une mention spéciale à certains membres du personnel pour leur accueil exceptionnel et leur gentillesse.

Cons:

Les chambres mériteraient d’être rafraîchies et la qualité de la nourriture est vraiment décevante (c’est cher et la qualité ne suit pas du tout). On m’a notamment servi une sauce piquante périmée, que j’ai immédiatement signalée au responsable. Malgré cela, les excuses ont été très limitées et aucun geste commercial ne m’a été proposé. Une situation qui aurait mérité une prise en charge beaucoup plus sérieuse.

La vue et le personnelle gentille

Cons:

Pas d’eau chaude , le débit de l’eau est au compte goutte chambre 402 . le restaurant est mauvais et chers tulum est meilleur mais reste très chers pour ce que sait . la localisation est mal expliquée car la météo est de 45 degré sur dakhla alors que la localisation d El hôtel est à 22 degré , très déçu j’avais réservé mon voyage en fonction de la météo je n’ai pas pu me baigner , aucune communication il ya eu un brunch d’organisation personne nous a donner l’information alors que j’étais à l’accueil ce meme jour en train de parler au monsieur et a jusline , l’entretien de l’hôtel reste vraiment à désirer .

Amazing hotel, poor staff and management!
Pros:

Amazing facility!! The true meaning of a private tropical beachfront. The hotel is beautifully decorated. There were plenty of seating areas that felt more or less private. You can really connect with nature in the hotel, very calm and tranquile. A perfect getaway to recharge from the everyday hustle.

Cons:

Most of the staff were either not polite or unprofessional. They were obviously not experienced in the hospitality field. They lack a sense of customer service or they basically couldn't care less. Before our arrival we requested an early check in that was confirmed by message to us free of charge before our arrival. On the day of our arrival, a certain Othman from reservation refused to pick us up from the airport unless we agree to pay for an extra night. A price higher than we paid in Booking. And it was 2 am. He was super rude and ruined our arrival experience. However, overall the staff lacked experience in service, which in a 5 star hotel of this grandiose is UNACCEPTABLE. The suite was clean but not spotless. The floor was sticky and the shower drains had a consistent unpleasant smell. Again management needs to rework the staff and ensure quality control.

Расположение возле океана с песчаным пляжем и удобным выходом. Возможность плавать в океане

Cons:

Отсутствие полотенец, раннего заезда, опоздание трансфера. Ресторан работает Мега медленно. Ждали 1 блюдо более одного часа. Стоимость проживания не соответствует стоимости услуг.
