Quiet peaceful and very clean. Highly recommend
Pros:

The hotel is perfect for a quiet peaceful rest. The staff is courteous, friendly and always ready to help.

The hotel has a private sandy beach with sun beds and umbrellas. The beach is beautiful, calm and not crowded. It is situated in the semi-closed bay, so the sea there is not stormy even during quite a strong wind. The water in mid-September was +25C, very comfortable to swim in.

The hotel is located in the safe gated community, and provides a free parking alongside the street.

The breakfast is good quality products and sufficient. I only wish it slightly varied every other day ;)

The room is spacious, well-maintained and very clean. The pressure in the shower is great. The towels are changed daily. Beach towels are provided by the hotel, too.

The hotel doesn't serve dinner, so it's good to have a car/taxi (25-min ride to Bodrum, 5-7min ride to the nearby Yalikavak Marina).

Cons:

Nothing to complain about, the guys are doing a great job :)

Perfect staff in a nice hotel with a good location.
Pros:

The staff were incredible and took excellent care of us. They were perfect and we couldn't ask for better service.

Cons:

The rooms could be updated and fixed a bit. Some small things were a bit messed up (door had trouble opening and closing, toilet seat wasn't fully attched),e tc.

Good stay not far from the beach
Pros:

Absolute gem with breathtaking views, peaceful private sandy beach and superb breakfast!
Pros:

Architecturally designed - great attention to detail with breathtaking views!
Amazing location with a private beach and it’s next to the Bodrum Edition - the sand is very fine and the beach is crystal clear!
Breakfast was superb. It was very relaxing and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Will definitely be back!

Pros:

The staff were fantastic , ahmed and other were very accommodating
The place is very quaint and likable , it has a rustic look , breakfast was amazing, prices were fantastic. Its a quiet place , I would stay here again

Cons:

I liked everything, its not a luxury hotel so you need to adjust your expectation but if you are looking for a comfortable place with friendly staff and reasonable cost , this is it!

Friendly and welcoming staff, great location for going out in Yalikavac
Pros:

Servizio colazione. Anche se ho tardato mi hanno offerto un servizio impeccabile senza mettermi fretta. La mattina del check-out arrivava un'amica per passare il resto del viaggio insieme. E' stata ben accolta e servita anche lei, nel giardino per le colazioni, seppure non avesse soggiornato nell'hotel. Sono questi i gesti che fanno la differenza. Mi sono sentita ben trattata ed importante.

Cons:

Le zanzare uscendo dalla camera.
La spiaggia privata non sembrava molto servita e quindi sono andata in altri beach club.
La luce in camera é un po troppo soffusa e il color arancione non é proprio il massimo.

Value for money, could have been better with a bit more attention to detail.
Pros:

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room a good size with view out over the bay. Had a comfortable night's sleep in good sized bed. Plenty of hot water for a shower.
Excellent traditional breakfast.

Cons:

Toilet needed a good clean behind/under lid hinges. Shower head needs de calciuming so spray comes out in a downward manor, not sideways. Tea tray only stocked earl gray tea and no coffee so not helpful.
All round a bit of sprucing up and tlc would improve things.
Located at top of estate with very steep steps to beach. Return journey to hotel not for the unfit. Lack of facilities in area. Did not find a shop or taverna during our stay. Discovered a very nice hotel for lunch just around the bay, but boy, was it expensive.

Beautiful, authentic, comfortable and heartwarming
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay here in June. The friendly staff, incredible breakfast, beautiful private beach, and comfortable room made it feel like home. We also loved the friendly cats that joined us for breakfast in the garden. We had friends that stayed in a luxury resort nearby and I far preferred the atmosphere and service from Life Butiq, and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Yalıkavak. We had a room with a balcony and a gorgeous view.

Cons:

Really happy with the hotel and they deserve a 10 rating on Booking. The only downside was the difficulty of getting around without a car (not a hotel issue but Bodrum in general), steep stairs down to the beach if you have any mobility issues, and our transfer driver had trouble finding the hotel - but the staff helped him over the phone.

Pros:

Hôtel dans un lieu calme, la plage est magnifique, le personnel est très gentil, souriant et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner était également au top. Les chambres étaient très propres.

Schönes Boutique-Hotel mit nettem Garten zum Frühstücken und Relaxen. Das Deluxe-Zimmer mit Balkon ist toll. Der Balkon bietet ausreichend Schatten, um ihn auch über Tag zu nutzen. Der Strand ist sandig und sehr sauber.
