Wonderful place and a delightful stay
Pros:

Great location and staff were lovely

Cons:

There is no lift in the property it is a delightfully renovated old property but not great to do 3 floors with heavy luggage.

Will stay here again.
Pros:

The 300 year old building has been renovated and converted into a very charming and comfy hotel. The rooms retain the old stone and wood feel and look but are modern with look insulation, no creaking etc. We loved the view out of the window. The people are excellent too. They took care of all of our demands , with a smile. The hot breakfast dishes were prepared on order and were excellent. It was a memorable stay.

Cons:

No lift. But the staff helped with the luggage.

A nicely decorated hotel in a great central location, in a rapidly developing ski town.
Pros:

A small boutique hotel in a great location. The hotel is located in the centre of Andermatt, next to a small river/stream, and is close enough to walk to both ski lifts/areas. The Hotel building is historic and has been tastefully renovated. Breakfast is served in an intimate setting. The lady serving breakfast (from Bosnia) is very welcoming and friendly to guests. The hotel has an adjacent bar with a nice decor for after ski or evening drinks. Once engaged, staff were friendly.

Cons:

With the building being historic, and whilst nicely renovated, some noise is able to travel through floors. A dedicated ski & ski-boot storage room would be nice.

Im Grossen und Ganzen werde ich wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten, vielleicht sogar schon bald.
Pros:

Es war alles gut übersichtlich, man hatte sowohl genügend Platz im Zimmer um sich etwas zu bewegen und seine Sachen zu verstauen, aber doch war alles einfach gehalten. Auch der Rest vom Hotel war übersichtlich, man hat alles gut gefunden, auch das Parkhaus.

Cons:

Das Buffet war an sich nicht schlecht, man hätte vielleicht auch eine Getränke Auswahl zum Menu dazuschreiben können. Im Zimmer selber war das Befestigung Stück zwischen Handtuch Ring und der Runden Scheibe sehr locker und auch der Waschtisch mit Ablage hat alles etwas gewackelt. Was mir auch etwas aufgefallen ist, in der Dusche hätte man die Brause etwas anders platzieren können, direkt unter der Decke knapp in der Ecke ist es etwas blöde, somit ist man gezwungen sich eingequetscht abzuduschen.
