Excelentes recepcionistas e atendimento muito cordial. Infra estrutura precária.

O que mais gostei foram os colaboradores, são atenciosos, educados, gentis!

Cons:

Internet não funciona, então se vc precisa trabalhar e fazer reuniões online faça um plano pq em nenhum lugar do hotel a internet é boa.
O quarto não tem ventilação, então você acorda molhado de suor a todo momento, as janelas não abrem. No inverno ok, mas nas outras estações não é maneiro. O box não tem porta, então vc toma banho e tem que tirar a água com um rodo, eles já deixam lá pra vc secar toda vez que tomar banho. Precisa colocar porta no box. Péssimo não ter porta no box.

Central and comfy in beautiful Bariloche
Pros:

Exceptionally clean - I saw one of the cleaners scrubbing with a brush.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The original room given to us smelled of cigarette smoke and they went out of their way in swapping the room.
It is a smoke free hotel so annoying that some guests don’t stick to this rule.

It’s very central and only 2 blocks from the lake and 1 block from the main square.

Breakfast had fruit, cereal, ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, bread, pastries and coffee was decent.

For the price we paid it was value for money.

Cons:

Our room was close to the lift shaft and we could hear the lift going up and down.

The budget room is small - unfortunately the type of room we ordered was not available so we chose the smaller room with natural light instead of a bigger room that was somewhat darker due to less natural night. It’s fine to just put your head down.
