It was a good pleasant stay.
Pros:

It was close to my place of work .. the Rajabhat university. Good free breakfast in the common kitchen.

Cons:

It does not have individual kitchen FaceTimes, There is a common kitchen. The kitchen does not have washing facility

The room was very nice and the hotel was very clean, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Pros:

++ proximity to the park and the coffeeshop inside (5-10min walk)
+ very clean room
+ very firm bed
+ good waterpressure in the shower

Cons:

2 important things could be improved with very little effort from the owner and would make the room rate ok:
- no kettle, no glasses nor cups
- no toilet paper (there are tissues in the room)
1 thing that cant be changed:
- even it was quiet from midnight until 7am there is zero soundproofing (you hear the neighbours talk, laugh, sing, using the bathroom and the neighbours overhead walk, run, move things)
