Location. Parking on premises.

Cons:

Seems like they upgraded some items and forgot others. Shower head was extremely old. The water sprayed out everywhere, no good stream to take a decent shower. Seems a very small nominal upgrade can make a big difference in keeping the restroom less wet and hace a better customer experience.
