Great place, I recommend.
Pros:

Had an excellent stay, wonderful staff, special mention to Randall great lad who went just above and beyond. Will book again if I pass by

Pros:

Great location,easy access on public transport.Rooms a bit small yet nice and clean.Friendly and accomodating staff.

Great location to go around Davao City.
Pros:

I love the location is great! Easy access to all Davao city to most tourist spots. Breakfast is good and the staffs are very accomodating and going extramiles in service.

my stay in persimmon hotel was great, comfortable and safe..staff are very approachable and kind..
Pros:

the breakfast was good the hotel kitchen staff is approachable and kind. But they should try different breakfast menu.

Cons:

there's no lift in the hotel. its very difficult to bring the luggage up stairs luckily the staff are very kind and helpful.
