Buenas vistas pero falta mejorar el servicio.

Cons:

No limpiaron la habitación, tuvimos que ir a solicitarlo, pero aun así no se realizo completo. Adicional tuvimos un percance con un platillo en el restaurante, primero nos dijeron que no lo cobrarían, pero cuando llegó la cuenta si venia, tuvimos que hablar con el gerente pues ya nos habían comentado que no lo cobrarían.
Los platillos se tardaban alrededor de una hora, au que no tuvieran más comensales.

A day escape to mountain resort

Wonderful resort with a magnificent mountain range view amidst pine trees. All staff members are friendly, and the SPA service was amazing

Cons:

Please be careful with the road trip to reach this resort, as google maps may not be always shown the best way to reach to this resort. So, I recommend studying the road map before arrival, otherwise you might be lost inside the forest to reach this resort
