Cons:

Die eingebaute zusätzliche Belüftung des Hauses ist schon recht laut. Fensterrahmen leicht schimmelig von der Feuchtigkeit. Air conditioner sollte man gereinigt werden

Great value for money with everything you need and close to the station!
Pros:

Clean, great facilities, nicely designed interior, washlet toilet, free face wash along with shampoo/conditioner/body wash, functional and spacious kitchen with everything you need, across the road from famous and tasty ramen shop

Cons:

No hand soap in toilet, steep stairs to get up to rooms
