Bien localisé, belle qualité mais peut faire mieux sur 2 points
Pros:

- l’emplacement
- la qualité et grandeur du logement
- les équipements

Cons:

- les serviettes ne sont changées que tous les 2 jours, le lit n’est jamais fait, dommage pour un hôtel
- le chauffe eau était très limité, on a dû prendre une douche froide un soir avant d’aller au restaurant.

Pros:

L'accueil est très agréable, Abdel est très sympathique et parle bien français.
Le logement est très agréable avec double vitrage côté chambre donc bien insonorisé, et très confortable, c'est un appartement très accueillant, nous allons certainement y revenir.

Pros:

Locatie midden in het oude centrum op loopafstand alles te doen.

Cons:

Geen hand-en theedoeken voor het keukengerei. En de slaapbank was wel erg doorgezakt op goed op te zitten.

Fijn en netjes verblijf en een zeer vriendelijke eigenaar!
Pros:

De locatie was top! Alles van Alicante was dichtbij het appartement, het centrum, het strand en restaurants bijvoorbeeld. De eigenaar is een hele aardige en behulpzame jongeman, hij reageert snel en is zeer vriendelijk. Verder een prachtig appartement met een fijne douche en het is zeer schoon en netjes. We vonden het ook fijn dat er Netflix op de smart-TV staat.

Cons:

Als je op de slaapbank ligt hoor je wel mensen op straat, maar ik kon erdoorheen slapen. Als je een lichte slaper bent is dat misschien minder fijn. In de slaapkamer is het stiller, dus daar kan je beter liggen als lichte slaper.

We hebben genoten van Alicante. Het weer kon beter, maar bij stromende regen was het geen straf om in het mooie appartem
Pros:

Mooi appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Goed bed. Goede service. Als je iets nodig had, kon je altijd terecht bij Abdel bij de receptie in het gebouw. Vriendelijke jongeman.

Cons:

Het kon ‘s avonds laat nogal lawaaiig zijn door het uitgaanspubliek. Vooral in het weekend.

Pros:

Great location, very clean modern style apartment with everything you need for self catering even a washing machine who could ask for more! Good security , liked the keyless system to enter the building and the apartment. Very helpful guy on reception who made us feel very welcome.

Cons:

Could do with an extra light over the kitchen sink .
