Value for money
Pros:

Stuff was very friendly, the hotel and room were modern and clean. We loved the lemon water at the front desk. Our little girl got a little present at the check-in.

Cons:

Homeless people behind the hotel. We heard every steps from the other rooms. The food what we ordered to the room tasted terrible (especially the pizza).

Cons:

Die Schallisolierung könnte verbessert werden. Zudem wäre ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer gut.

Les points positifs :
Restauration : Petit-déjeuner copieux, avec une mention spéciale pour les viennoiseries d'excellente qualité.
Propreté et service : Bonne propreté de l'hôtel, des chambres et accueil correct du personnel.

Environnement : Quartier initialement très calme.

Cons:

Les points très négatifs :
Insonorisation inexistante : Un environnement extrêmement bruyant qui gâche totalement le séjour. L'isolation est à revoir d'urgence (bruits extérieurs constants et chambres voisines beaucoup trop audibles). Impossible de se reposer correctement.

Services / Piscine :
Fermeture de la piscine dès 20h00 le dimanche, jour même de l'arrivée, et fermeture annoncée du 14 septembre jusqu'en avril... mentionnée nulle part !
C'est inadmissible et très décevant quand la présence d'une piscine est un critère de choix principal.
Restauration (Coup de gueule) : Salade César complètement insipide, avec du poulet cuit et recuit, et des croûtons gorgés d'huile "à la puissance mille".
Bilan :
Choisir cet hôtel principalement pour sa piscine, pour découvrir une fermeture non signalée et un accès restreint dès l'arrivée, relève du désastre. Ajouté à cela un sommeil perturbé par une insonorisation inexistante et une restauration ratée, malgré le calme du quartier et la propreté, je ne reviendrai plus jamais dans cet hôtel.

Great location, many Bars and Restaurants in walking distance, metro only a few minutes away, clean and modern rooms

Cons:

As many said before, the walls are thin, so if you are in bad luck and have noisy neighbors, it could get loud.

Bardzo wygodny, czysty hotel w dogodnej lokalizacji. Super śniadanie, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny.

The swimming pool closed the day we arrived.we chose the hotel based on the pool. We specifically checked the swimming pool box in your filter . We do not blame the hotel. The blame lies entirely at booking.com

Boa opção para ficar próximo à praia, mas não aguarde nenhum atendimento maravilhoso.
Pros:

A localização para quem prefere mais praia e um pouco longe do centro turístico é excelente. La Rambla El Ploneou é mto perto e tem mta opções de bares e restaurantes. A estrutura do quarto é boa, com ótima cama e chuveiro.

Cons:

Atendimento mto frio e limpeza não adequada. Poderia ter um atendimento mais personalizado e melhorar a limpeza dos quartos. O bar da piscina não funciona.
