綺麗だけど残念な民泊
Pros:

建物自体は新しく綺麗です。

Cons:

家具や食器等も綺麗でしたが清掃がもう少しして頂けるともっと気持ちいいです。
ホテルよりは民泊寄りの清掃具合と感じました。
何度か利用しましたが他の利用者がお若いのか、海外の方だからか声がベランダや廊下を通して夜中まで聞こえてきます。
防音の問題かマナーの問題か分かりませんが先日は夜中の三時まで騒音に悩まされました。

適合想遠離城市喧囂的長住旅人
Pros:

交通機能方便，地鐵琴似站步行五分鐘即可到達。ＪＲ琴似站也在步行十分鐘可到的距離。周圍的生活機能充足，地鐵站出來就是AEON複合商場，還有24小時超市（這間價格很實惠），此外餐廳、便利商店、日Ｋ應有盡有。搭乘東西線到繁華的大通僅需約十分鐘，也能到達三井Outlet的大谷地公車轉乘點，不用去札幌車站人擠人。此外，北海道神宮與白色戀人工廠都在附近。ＪＲ琴似站能直達小樽與機場。室內設備完善，洗衣機前還很貼心地附上洗完會很香的抗菌洗衣精，連曬衣服的設備都有。洗髮沐浴用品是HAJIMARI的牌子，洗起來非常放鬆紓壓。

Cons:

兩人連住七天，民宿提供固定的２雙人床＋１單人床（雖然可以在床上滾來滾去很舒服），以至於找不到地方攤開行李箱，空間運用有點小可惜。不過可以稍微挪動一下家具，騰出打開行李廂的空間，退房前記得恢復原狀。小間的房型建議２－３人家庭入住，４人以上可以拆房或選擇更大的房型。

超出預期，下次還來住。
Pros:

飯店服務人員非常熱心，網購10件商品直接提前幫我放在房間了，因為我不是住本館店，如果要去取還要開車移動，省去不少時間。
