Great affordable place to stay.
Pros:

Great value in nice location. Apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. Room for bicycles on balcony.

Cons:

Our room was on the ground floor with trees and shrubs in front making it a bit dark.
Staff was very responsive by phone but not through the messages on the booking app. Tricky for non Japanese speakers.

洗濯機と乾燥機があるので、旅行で使ったものを洗濯して帰れるのはとてもよかったです。
広いとは言えませんが、私たちは寝れればよかったので、なんの問題もありませんでした。

Cons:

1日目にはわかりませんでしたが、次の日から、部屋が匂うようになり、確認したら、電子レンジの中に、前の宿泊者が忘れたのか、食べ物がそのまま入っていました。お部屋の中は綺麗でしたが、もしかしたら、電子レンジや洗濯機の中の掃除まではできていないのかなと、思ってしまいました。

Pros:

洗濯機、乾燥機がありがたかった。
トイレと風呂が分かれてるのもありがたかった。
海の見える景色もよかった。
また利用したいです。

Pros:

安価で長期滞在に適していると感じました。観光で数日間滞在するのに適しています。洗濯乾燥機があったのと、ちょっとの調理ができたのが助かりました。

初日にトイレが詰まった点です。直ぐに対応していただいたので困り感はなかったです。

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Great hotel with everything you need. Nice and comfortable with a good kitchen. We stayed twice and the first time we are on the ground floor and it was a bit dark. The fourth floor room was much better. Excellent value. When we called the manager arrived quickly.

Cons:

The building is a bit strange. There are sea views in both directions but you have to look through the concrete blocks. Communication was difficult but the manager was very responsive by phone. Because we don’t speak Japanese we were disappointed that our messages in the booking app were not answered. We ended up getting a Japanese person to call him to arrange a taxi. It would have been less stressful to have a text confirmation that he would order the taxi.
