Everything. Room, food, staff.... outstanding
Close to the Dumaguete airport. Staff will get you a trike if you need transportation. The hotel has a nice pool, good breakfast, and the rooms were nice.
It was a short stay at the city center, but made pleasant by the quaint place as Rovira
Very accomodating, clean and very nice staff.
The property is in a good position for Sibulan Airport and shopping and eating at Robinsons mall.
Although the property could do with a little touch up with a coat of paint, it was generally in very good condition and Staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was good value for money.
Definitely will stay again when visiting Dumaguete.
You could hear kids yelling while in the pool although they have a great pool. My air condition was not working one night and they immediately replaced the AC unit and started working great.
Rovira Suites is the best place to stay in Dumaguete. No competitor has really put together the same level of products and services. From tooth brushes you'd actually not mind taking home, to soft pillows that don't leave you with a sore neck, they've got it all down correctly. A suggestion I would offer to the management is being a bit more prompt on cleaning up what the customers leave behind would help greatly to maintain the brand.
We stayed here just one night as we were travelling through Dumaguete, but I would definitely stay here again. Our flight arrived way before check in and they let us hang out in the pool area and had luggage storage while we waited for our room to be ready. The on-site restaurant was delicious and convenient. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The beds were also super comfy-would definitely stay here again!
The sink in the room next to the coffee maker was great. Nice small balcony. Comfortable bed and pillows. A foot-washing tub. And the staff kindly brought Lysol spray when the trash smoke from the neighborhood was too much for my sensitive nose. An airport shuttle service is the only thing lacking.
