Pros:

Air con was poor. Tiny bathroom. Only had sheets had to ask for blanket and then the given one had holes in it. The price was super cheap, we felt safe

Pros:

Too noisy at night with karaoke. The speakers too loud. But other than that. Staff was nice and place was descent clean. For the karaoke going on at night. Was tough to sleep

Not bad but not quite worth it
Pros:

The hotel was overall ok, but just ok. The pool was nice, although it seemed there was always some worker there doing something when I was there.

I don't know if it is the same for all rooms in Section D, but the patio door opened to a concrete wall 1 metre away and over 2 metres high - so what's the point of it? There was zero natural light.

The location isn't all that great - there was very little within walking distance. I'm good with mom and pop restaurants but there was only one of them that I could find within 500 metres. But there were lots of bake shops (bakeries) and the breads at the two I stopped at were sooo good, dangerously good, in fact!

I had forgotten what I had paid when I reserved a week or two before. When i looked back to check before writing this, I said to myself "Oh ...".

Overall a good budget hotel
Pros:

Overall place was good for a budget hotel, good location, bed and room were above average condition, bathroom was clean, but shower head was blocked up.
Has descent onsite parking which helps
Only negative that was an issue was the really loud aircond. Not sure what was wrong with it, but it's one the loudest I've come across

Pros:

I always enjoy my stay at SM. It’s not fancy but suitable for my needs. Love the pool, and the price is great. I’ve stayed over ten times at this hotel.
